[Midnight Blade 80]

You wake up in a room. An elevator to be precise. All you can remember is that you got knocked out by some gas, the last thing you saw before going unconscious was a gasmask.

There's a bracelet on your left foreleg, it's immovable. When you actually look on it there is a number three in the color (fill in the color you chose) as well as the word (fill in solo or pair) beneath it.

Midnight woke up in an elevator. There's somepony else in it. A pony he's never seen before.

Midnight shook him a couple of times and tried to talk to him. No response.

When he looked down he saw that there was a bracelet on his left foreleg. It wasn't even movable in the slightest. When Midnight gave it a closer look he saw the number three in a red text, like you would see on a digital clock.

It also said the word pair.

Fire Horn awoke in a room, it might be an elevator, he had a headache that must have been induced when he got knocked out, that was some nasty gas. There was somepony else in her as well. He looked down it his left hoof and there was a cuff or something with a green three on it.

Stephan woke up in the elevator with the other pony. He felt dizzy and sick. All he remembered was the gas. That damned gas. He got up and staggered. "Whoa... wha-what happened. And where am I?" Stephan got up and saw the other pony. They were handcuffed together. "Hey there. I'm Stephan. I guess since we're stuck in here, we should get to know each other. Who are you?"

Grand awoke with a start. She was stuck in a small room by herself. She looked down to see a blue bracelet. "Hello? Can any pony hear me?" She called out. She felt the walls around her to see if anything would open. No luck. "What in earth is going on? I demand an explanation!" She said, banging on the walls. To add insult to injury, blue was NOT her color

Darkshift grunted his eyes widening yet still blurry.Eventually his vision grew stronger and he noticed something was strange "Where in Equestria"He paused in the middle of his sentence slightly bewildered when he noticed he was trapped,suddenly noticing the word "pair"on the bracelet and a green number three, he felt stunned and wondered what it meant.He tugged on the bracelet until he realised it was too tight at which point he raised his head and noticed two other ponies and one of them was awake "Er,hello"

"I have no Idea where we are nor what happened. The name's Midnight Blade by the way." He said calmly.

"And you are?" Midnight asked immediatly after anwsering.

Stephan clicked his hind hooves and did a backflip in the air. "I'm Stephan, the fastest thing in Equestria. Well, on land that is. Nice to meet you." Stephan examines the area around him. "Hmmm... it seems that we are stuck inside of a tight space. An elevator, to be exact."

"I am not having any if this!" Grand said, exasperated. She started bucking the elevator walls, trying to open it up. "Let.me.out!!!" She said, bucking between each word. The walls weren't even dented. Grabd sat down, defeated. "A lady shouldn't be kidnapped and locked in a small room. It's not very polite" she pouted, examining the bracelet closer

"Hi, i'm Fire Horn, i have no idea where we are." Fire Horn said. "What do you think this means?" He pointed to the watch-thing he had on, it said PAIR on it, does it mean a pair of ponies, there were two ponies in here. "Why are we in here?" He asked. "What do you want with us?" He shouted

"Seems like it? I'm pretty sure we are. Hey, would you mind try helping me opening the doors?"

Midnight asked walking towards the door.

"Sitting here won't do us any good so why not try to do something?"

Just sitting somewhere doing nothing in such weird circumstances was not really his thing.

"What happened? Where am I?" Blazing asked. He had no idea what was going on or where he was, all he knew was that he had been knocked out, and that he was in what looked like an elevator of some sort. He looked at his hoof, there was some sort of bracelet on it. "And what is this?" He wondered out loud. He had no idea what to do now, so he just sat silently.

Grand had gotten to the point of pure anger. " Who the Buck does this crazy idiot think he is? locking up a pony in an elevator of all places!" She said, flustered. she had begun pacing, shoulders hunched and head low. "not even a mirror. WHAT IF MY HAIR IS DEFLATED" she said, Bucking the door again

"Well, it's an idea. Let's give it a shot." Stephan walked up to the doors and tried to help Midnight pry the doors open. He tried to open them with all his might, but it didn't work. He even tried his sonic blast, and it still didn't work. "Well, crap. We need to find another way out of here."

"I guess we have to wait for an opportunity then."

He examined the room hoping to find another way out of there.

In the back where neither of them have looked there was a digital safe, but it looked like it wasn't working.

"Think this has anything to do with all this?"

"Maybe. If we were to open it, it might hold some sort of clue as to what's happening." Stephan did his sonic blast on the safe door. He tried his best to keep the blast stable, as he didn't want to harm the other pony. To his surprise, it opened. "Cool! Let's see what's inside."

Grand looked at the door, trying to see if she could make anything out on the other side. "Hello?" she called through the crack. She could only see a sliver of light. "This is ridiculous!" she cried in defeat. she sat down and hit her hoof into the ground. everything was a sturdy as could be

((OOC Quick thing, the safe doesn't really open like that. You'll get the way to open it later when everypony has woken up. I'll just assume you'll edit your post accordingly. And yes there is one in every elevator.))

Day Late's eyes flickered open. He sat up and decided he should take in his surroundings, and maybe get a hint of where he was. Steel sliding double doors were directly in front of him next to those were a series of numbered buttons. "Guess this is an elevator." He looked around the room again and noticed he was alone. "Right." Day Late glanced down and saw something had been attached to his foreleg. It was a watch with a red number '3' underneath it was the word 'SOLO'. "That explains why I'm all by myself in here." Day decided to hit a few of the elevator buttons to see if anything happened.

Nova Flyer slowly opened his eyes and was shocked by his surroundings. At first he felt a bit dizzy, but he soon recovered and noticed that he was inside an elevator with another pony. He looked at the floor and discovered that a odd bracelet-type device had been put on one of his legs. Upon closer inspection, the device had a blue 3 on it and the word 'pair' below it, also in blue. He then turned his attention to the other pony. "Hello there!" Nova said, hoping that he or she was awake.

Blazing continued looking at the bracelet, trying to figure out what it was. From what he knew so far, it said "solo" on it, and a 3 just above it. Both of them were in green, for what seemed like no reason. "This is getting annoying... What is the point of this thing?!" He shouted.

Grand had exhausted herself from kicking the door. she sat down and mumbled obsenities to herself. "this bucking thing is insane! Im going to starve in here. what a horrid way to die." she said sadly, looking at the doors again. not a single dent, even with bucking it several times it remained in perfect condition

A tiny screen just above the buttons started up. All you could see was a miniature tiger on it.

It started to talk. "Well hello there. It seems most of you have woken up by now." It had a somwhat heavy voice.

"Oh, where are my manners. My name is Zero. Now then, if you want to get out of this elevator all you have to do is anwser a simple question."

On the screen appeared some text. "ROUND ONE" which was followed with the text "The pun round".

"The question is: Why shouldn't you mention the number 288 to anypony? Once you've got the right anwser that little safe behind all of you will open. In there is a key that will open the hatch on the top of the elevator. By the way I can always hear you so once you've got it I will open the safe for you. But what happens if I don't know the anwser, you ask. Well there are more players in this little game. Ifone of you guesses it all the safes will open. Oh, aren't I nice?"

Then the screen went black again.

Cleo groaned, the pony's voice echoing in her ears. " Let me sleep mom!" She growled, waving her hoof in the general direction of the voice. Why does my bed feel so stran-  

 

The white earth pony snapped her eyes open. Cleo stood up, a hint of panic in her eyes. " Where am I?" She then noticed Nova Flyer, and advanced on him. " Who are you? Where you the one who brought me here?" She slammed him against the wall. " Tell me!"
