Ohhh! I know! If you're looking for a real challenge, you could try pairing a couple that isn't heard much off, something like AppleJack and Derpy or Big Mac and Vinyl Scratch!

I voted for 2 others for couple, so I would suggest Rainbow Dash and Soarin (the wonderbolt that buys the pie from Applejack in the episode "The Best Night Ever")  because I also voted for adventure.
