The Doctor nodded and opened the door. "Just follow my lead." He approached the receptionist with a grand smile. "Hi, there, miss! Name's John Smith, building inspector!" He held out a piece of blank paper, but the lady reacted to it with a sudden gasp. "I'm just here with these four trainees to do a quick inspection! Hope that's not a problem. Great, we'll just go ahead and take a look."

Swordpoint glanced back at the receptionist as they walked further into the building. "How did you deceive her? And what is that paper?"

The Doctor chuckled. "Oh, my boy, this is psychic paper. It shows them whatever I want it to. It's great in a jam, except when they're trained against psychic manipulation... then it can get you into some trouble."

He tried the door at the end of the hall, but found it locked. Undaunted, the Doctor took out a strange metal device and pressed a button. The device began to glow blue, and the door suddenly unlocked. "Sonic screwdriver," the Doctor said casually. "Terribly helpful for just about anything. Never leave home without it." He pressed open the door and stared inside.

The Doctor felt his jaw drop. The employees were walking on the ceiling, and there was a great deal of strange machinery filling the room. "No... that's not possible. Antigravity technology isn't supposed to exist, yet! Someone has definitely interfered, here!"

"Oh, how very clever," a voice called from behind. The Doctor spun around quickly to find a tall redhead woman smirking at them. "You've figured us all out. What are we going to do?"

"Where did you get this technology?" the Doctor asked, a serious expression upon his face. "This definitely isn't from modern humans. Who has interfered, here?"

The woman smiled. "Aw, but what fun is there in giving away everything now? You have a date with my associates. Come along." She clapped her hands and five men with guns appeared and seized the Doctor and his companions.

The Doctor went willingly. "Don't resist them. We'll find a way out of this."

They were taken to an executive office at the top of the building, where the men with guns left them. The redhead pressed a button and smiled as a screen appeared from the wall. As the screen powered on, the Doctor's jaw dropped again. "No... it can't be..."

"Excellent," came the disjointed voice from the creature. "We have captured the Doctor. We will kill him and achieve glorious victory! He will be exterminated!"

"Doctor... what is that creature?" Swordpoint asked with alarm.

"... it's a Dalek," the Doctor replied grimly.

@@Justin ZW,

Fire went willingly with the guards, she followed the Doctors lead like he requested but she was ready for them to attack. It didn't matter what form she was in, human or pony, she could definitely fight.

As the group entered the office Fire watched the reaction of the Doctors. The thing on the screen had left him... different. He acted like how she would if she ever met an old enemy, that fact scared her a little bit.

The thing on the screen was quite weird, it looked like a rubbish bin with a plunger and an egg whisk but it looked a lot better than what the comparison was like in her head. Much more neater and better looking.

"A Dalek? Doctor, he looks like a bin with a plunger and an egg whisk?"

Fire turned back at the screen, she felt more confident. Talking with foes and being diplomatic were kind of her thing.

"Excuse me... Dalek. But what have you to 'achieve' by 'exterminating' the doctor?"

The Doctor turned to Fire with a grim expression. "The Daleks... they're very dangerous. And if they're here, then the Earth is in serious trouble. But what are they doing here...?"

The Dalek looked directly at Fire. "You will identify yourself, human! Daleks do not answer to humans!"

"Then answer to me," the Doctor said. "Why have you come here? And how did you escape the Time War? Answer me!"

"We will not answer to a dead man," came the Dalek's cold reply.

Swordpoint saw something in the Doctor's eyes. A spark that was ignited by seeing the Dalek. It was almost as if the Doctor felt extreme hate and rage... but he was fighting it.

"Fair enough... at least answer me this," the Doctor replied casually. "Why did you lure us here? You spent all this time and money building this facility just to get ahold of me. Why is that?"

"We have built facilities like this all over the Earth. Their purpose will not be disclosed to our enemy."

"All over the Earth, huh?" The Doctor glanced out the window, and gears began turning in his head. "It's a shame. I'm going to destroy them all, and then I'm coming for you. This is your one chance, Daleks. Leave Earth alone."

"You will not give us orders!" the Dalek shouted.

"Very well," was the Doctor's cold reply. "Then I'll have to oust you myself. And believe me, I will."

@@Justin ZW,

Fire didn't have enough time to respond straight after the Dalek asked her to identify herself, but she understood that they were dangerous. Fire looked at the Doctor and saw rage ignite just a little in the doctors eyes,  but he controlled it quite well. She knew how hard it could be to stay calm and his threat didn't sound like one at all, it sound more like he was just stating what he was going to do in the afternoon. Quite coldly like he was going to set the afternoon on fire, but still like that at least.

She totally believed him when he said that they were going to get rid of the dalek's factories and after that the two had left a gap for her to speak up.

"You want me to Identify myself? I'm the commander of the most prestigious squad in all of humanity and if the Doctor's going to get rid you, I'm in."

Fire had made up the bit on being the commander of a human team but back home, well she was the commander of the most important team in the equestrian military and she was quite important. If this had been on Equestrian soil she would've been all over it but she was cautious for she wasn't at home, so she didn't release her name to the Daleks.

"A human commander," the Dalek repeated. "This is insignificant. Daleks, exterminate them."

One of the walls opened up, and three Daleks entered the room. All of them chanted "exterminate!" They aimed their lasers at the Doctor.

"W-w-w-w-wait wait wait wait! Hold on just a minute!" the Doctor shouted desperately. "You lot survived the Time War and escaped. That shouldn't be possible; that whole war is time locked. You're definitely not related to the Cult of Skaro; I watched them die. So where are you from?"

"We will not answer to the Doctor!" they shouted back.

"Aw, come on," the Doctor said with a twist of his neck. "I'm gonna die anyway, so why not fill me in?"

The Daleks turned to each other. "We were not a part of the war. We were sent to find additional resources for the Dalek fleet. When we returned, we found the fleet time locked."

The Doctor scrunched his face. "But I don't understand. Why did you come here?"

"We are working with our new ally. He has made a mutual agreement."

"Ally? But Daleks never work with anyone. Who are you working with?"

The screen changed from a Dalek to a young man. "Hello, Doctor."

The Doctor sat in silence. "You're kidding..."

The man smiled. "Use my name, Doctor."

The Doctor crossed his arms. "Well, I never thought I'd see you again... Master." Well this is bloody brilliant. The Master and the Daleks. But why would they be working together? They would never work with a Time Lord...

Crimson growled angrily at his companions sudden capture, he was one person who usually didn't tolerate being captured by anyone without at least breaking somones face, but surprisingly, crimson did as the doctor told and didn't fight back. "If swordpoint trusts the doc, then so do I, but when the time comes, I'll kick some ass to escape...and maybe for fun too..." thought crimson. After the guards left them in a small room with the redhead, crimson tensed, ready for anything, but once the monitor popped up, he almost let out a laugh as he saw the dalek, "it looks like a trash bin that got bidazzled by a freaking inventor...but jokes aside, for some reason, this thing may look weird, but it seems dangerous enough to worry the doc, so I guess I should be on guard as well..." thought crimson. After the dalek mentioned somthing about killing the doctor, crimson got angry, "noone is dying today...especielly not any of any of my freinds...this trash can is really beginning to piss me off..." thought crimson but kept quite. Once the mans face came on screen however, crimso brke his silence "hey asshole! If you lay one hand on my freinds, I swear I'll hunt you down and beat you until there's nothing left but your teeth! You got that you freak?!" Said crimson angrily, yet controlled, trying to anger the man and stall for time.

The Doctor leaned over to Crimson. "No, don't-don't do that." He stared at the Master intently. "You died. I saw you."

The Master laughed. "Obviously not! Did you forget that I'm just like you? All I had to do was regenerate after the whole thing was said and done. That's how I got this sexy new face."

"Well, then, Master... just know that I'm going to find out what your plan is and stop it."

Swordpoint saw the Doctor nod subtly toward the door. He prepared himself.

"Oh, please," the Master responded. "Daleks, go ahead and show the Doctor and his boys the way out of this universe."

The Doctor held his sonic screwdriver up to the screen and it emitted a loud sonic blast which confused the Daleks. He then used it to open the door. "Come on, then, RUN!"

Crimson didn't need any more concentive than that, he quickly did as the doctor suggested and ran for the door, but not before drop-kicking a dalek over as he ran past it, siling like a delinquent as he ran out the door, "damn that felt good! Which way do we run now doc?!" Asked crimson as he ran, barely managing to stay on his feet, as he had not yet mastered running in this human form.

Repsol bolted after Crimson, carefull to not stumble over the now drop-kicked Dalek.

The Daleks where... Weird. repsol had never seen a thing like that before, but he decided to just not question it. New world, new rules.

He seemed to have the whole running thing pretty under control, and he found himself following Crimson and the Doctor through numeral hallways.

Repsol didn't recognise any of them from earlier, but he didn't have a very good short term memory anyway. (something to do with drinking too much of the Apple's cider)

As Repsol pushed himself into full sprint, he came up to the Doctor.

"Hey Doc! Where are you taking us?"

Fire started to run after the others, falling behind because she hadn't had the chance to test out her running skills yet, or her jumping skills. Fire Sharp tripped over the fallen Dalek and landed right beside it.

When she turned to get up and keep running she felt the gun at the back of the head. It didn't matter whether you were in pony form or human, you'll always remember the feeling of the gun to your head and she had felt too many times before. She put her hands out and stopped moving, she knew how this works and she was hoping that the Doctor would save her quick. She had no idea how these humans would attack and she didn't want to die on her first adventure.

"Outside, for one!" the Doctor shouted as they bolted through the hallways. They came to a door, which the Doctor quickly unlocked and ushered everyone through. Once on the other side, he hastily relocked it with his screwdriver.

Swordpoint panted heavily. "What the hell is going on, Doctor?! Who are the Daleks, and who is the Master?!"

"Yeah, now's probably not the best time for this!" He pointed to the hallway and dashed off. Swordpoint followed the Doctor as they reached the reception area. "There! The door!" They burst outside and kept going, running all the way to the Tardis.

Once they'd reached the Tardis, the Doctor sighed a breath of relief. "Well... this is certainly unexpected." He looked around. "Hold on... Where's Fire Sharp?"

Swordpoint glanced around. "Oh, my... She must not have escaped with us! Doctor, we must go back for her!"

The Master picked up Fire by the back of her shirt. "Oh, how cute. You must be the Doctor's pretty little lover girl. We're going to be the best of friends, you and I..." He nodded to the Daleks. "We'll move according to plan. Everything should be charged up by tomorrow." He looked Fire up and down. "My, my... what a lovely girl. Come with me, then." He led her into an elevator, his gun still pointed at her. He was working his charm on her, and he knew it would only be a matter of time before she was all his. And boy, was she a nice catch...

Crimson's eyes widened in shock and realization at fire's dissappearence, "what if she tripped over that dalek I kicked over?! Then her capture would be all my fault!! Doc! We have to hurry up and go back to save her! I don't want any of those freaks hurting a friend because of my arrogant mistake!!" Said crimson in a very serious tone.

@@Justin ZW,

Oh dear Celestia, he was trying to flirt. Not very subtle in his interest either. Fire kept walking walking with the master towards the elevator, she knew what those things were at least, thank Luna for the technological advancements the military have been making.

She didn't like how the Master had looked at her when he picked her up, he was definitely checking her out. Somethings do stay the same, whether you be a pony or a human.

They both got into the elevator and Fire waited until the doors closed until she would pounce. There wnt the doors, she waited for a few seconds before she turned around and pushed the gun out of the master's hand. She had the safety off and finger on the trigger, she may have failed at the whole running thing but fighting was definitely her skill.

She waited his reaction.

The Master effortlessly threw Fire to the ground. "Ooh, and feisty, too! I like her!" He put handcuffs on her and picked her up again. "You and I are going to get along so very well. Trust me, you won't even remember that idiot's name by tomorrow." He smirked as the elevator reached the top. He pulled her into the office and placed her in a chair. He sat down at the office desk and smiled at her. "Now, let's start with your name, sweet stuff."

The Doctor glanced at the building. "This is bad... I don't even know what he's planning, and now he's got Fire. Think, just gotta think..."

Swordpoint raised his hand. "Perhaps I can-"

"That's it!" the Doctor exclaimed. "We can kill two birds with one stone. We can't sneak around there, obviously. The Master knows who we are. But if we go in at night, we can check on the machinery and get her out." I'll get you out of there, Fire... I promise. He walked inside the Tardis and began making preparations.

@@Justin ZW,

Fire stared at the master. Stupid males and their strength. Like really, he had to carry her to the office and her hands were in handcuffs. Though she was glad that she had chosen a name her herself beforehand, it would've been weird saying her name was Fire Sharp.

"My name's Ravek, and I have excellent memory. I'm not going to just 'forget' the Doctor."

Fire Added venom to the last of her sentence and kept staring at The master. She really was hoping that it was an evil eye stare.

"Hm. Fake name. Quaint." The Master flashed his cheeky smile again. "Aw, why the mean face? Come on, you know that you like what you see." He stood up and walked over to her, putting his hand on the back of her chair. "Let me tell you a little something. The Doctor is an idiot. You're much better off with me. I mean, look at this! I've got the Daleks on my side! Which, by the way, was pretty easy to do. They're not real, anyway. It's just armor with Dalek AI. They follow my every command." He walked over to a small fridge and produced a bottle of wine and two glasses. "Come, have a drink with me." He poured two glasses of wine and removed Fire's handcuffs. "Oh, and don't bother trying to escape. There's a ton of my men down there, along with the Dalek suits." He held up the glass of wine. "Cheers, 'Ravek.'"

Fire felt relieved at the fact that the Daleks were fake, she saw the anger in the doctor and she didn't want to see him losing control over that anger. Though Fire did realise that the master and the doctor had to have some sort of history, especially after those two reacted to each other, and it also felt good to get out of the handcuffs.

Fire took the drink though when the Master said cheers she only sniffed the glass.

"Well since you've figured out Ravek wasn't my real name I guess I'll tell you. It's Fire Sharp... And I haven't had anything intoxicating since I was teenager, you have no idea of the stuff they can come up with at the academy."

Fire put down the drink onto the office desk in front of her and looked at the Master's reaction for her name.

(OoC: Ah, sorry, just finished watching "The End of Time." Goddammit, I didn't want to see David Tennant go. Best damn Doctor there was. And what is it with your "Goddamn you" and all this?)

The Master raised an eyebrow. "Fire Sharp? What the... What species are you? Humans never name themselves something so odd." He eyed her with curiosity. "No matter. So you want to know what's going on, I'm sure. Well I can let you in on a little secret." He smiled wide, revealing his teeth. "This was all planned. Those machines down there? They're for boosting a signal. I'm making a little call to some friends of mine tomorrow... and when they get here, it'll be the start of a new Time Lord empire, with me at its heart!" He winked at Fire. "And you could be by my side. That's much more than the Doctor could ever offer you!" He flashed that same smile. "So what'll it be? I bet you just can't resist."

@, @@repsol rave

The Doctor laid out his plan with the others. "Okay, so we're gonna sneak in the side door, and then Swordpoint and Crimson will investigate the machinery. Repsol, I want you to come with me to look for Fire. She's in there somewhere, and I bet I can trace the small amounts of magic residue left from Equestria..."

Swordpoint nodded. "Of course, Doctor. Shall we depart now?"

The Doctor glanced at the moon. "Yeah, let's get a move on." He walked in the direction of the facility, and Swordpoint followed close behind. The Doctor was worried. He knew the effect the Master could have on people, and he didn't want to see Fire Sharp turned against him. Truth be told, he sort of liked her. She was much sharper than the others, and she had taken to the time traveling thing like a fish to water. It was as though she was meant for it... But can I really do it again? In the end, they all leave. Susan, Ace, Hex, Ian, Barbara, Rose, Martha, Donna, River... And all the others. Can I really keep her around, falling for her like so many before her?

@@Justin ZW,

"Timelord? Dear Celestia, that's the doctor's species. Like we've always had a notion that he wasn't exactly the normal kind of stallion that just went through time but the fact that you're a member of his species, well it solidifies all the theories we had of him back at the Military."

Fire looked back at the Master from her burst, she was on top of all the sightings of the doctor. She was on top of all possible threats that could turn real, she had an entire squad follow him and track down the information, the 2 hearts thing, the T.A.R.D.I.S. All of that she had the info on but she thought that he was the last of his kind. The fact that master was another Time Lord, it made so many pieces fit together, and him bring the Time lords back? She had no idea what that meant for the universe.

"And my name is perfectly normal for my species. Which is... Equestrian I guess. And I'm not one to fall for a charmer like yourself Dear Master, If I'm going to be by your side it's going to be unwillingly."

Unless... you're not from this universe. Yes, that's it! The Doctor's been busy, I gather! Yes, oh yes! It all fits! He completely disappeared after the incident with the Utopians... So he must have gone to another universe. And that's where he met you... all of you. Oh, that's bloody brilliant!" He flashed his same smile. "So my only question is... how did he do it? Traveling between universes should be impossible." He eyed her curiously. "Oh, and where are my manners? I've forgotten my little conference call with the Mercenaries. "Well you know the whole incident with the getting of a human body, you know how hard it is to have hooves then suddenly have these things."

Fire showed the master her hands.

"When The Doctor was still a stallion  he did mention that something was wrong with power cells and that, maybe that could've been the reason how he got to Equestria. I'm sure jumping from universe to universe would've taken a lot of power."

Fire was really just pushing out ideas, she didn't really want to be in the same room as the master when he took the call but she guessed he was going to do it anyway.

"Yes I was a mare before all this."

Fire moved her hands about to show what she meant.

"And he told me that the magic of my planet was the reason why I was a pony and not human to start with, I was a unicorn before all this so it probably isn't too far fetched really. Though I guess I'm calm with this whole situation is because I'm in maybe too much shock, or I've seen too much at war for me to really care whether I'm at Equestria or not. Though I do no nothing about Humans and that so filling me in would be quite nice."

Even though Fire didn't want to, she could feel herself getting used to the master's presence. She was opening up to him a little bit and he was being more helpful than being the bad guy, she did really have no proper idea about humans and she did have a source to go by in front of her.

"The magic of your land?" The Master laughed hysterically. "Oh come on! Don't you get it?! He took you to another universe! Do you know how impossible that should be?! You're probably never going home!" He suddenly ceased his laughter and walked over to Fire. "But I guess that doesn't mean much to me. In any case... pony... I have business. Come, gentlemen. Escort the 'pony' Fire to her room." Two of the Master's henchmen took Fire by the arms and led her into the elevator. The Master smiled at her and gave her a small wave before the doors closed. @@Justin ZW,

Fire just stared at the door, she wasn't happy to be locked in a room but she was glad that she wasn't in the room with the Master when he would take the call.

"I'm not just a pony, asshole, I'm a war mare."

Fire almost vowed to the door. She turned around and got a good look at her surrounds.

It was a very posh room, though the black thing on the wall did get here by slight surprise. It looked like a computer monitor or maybe a really advance television, which she had only seen at the research labs back at the command. She went over to the dresser and looked inside, their what looked like to be clothes that maybe could've fit her.

She took out a much better shirt than what she was wearing and some jeans that looked better too, she threw the clothes onto the bed and kept going through the dresser. She found a drawer full of underwear and bras and she thanked celestia. The only thing holding her breasts was her shirt and jacket, and she wasn't wearing underwear because the doctor had seemingly forgotten about that when he first gave her the clothes. She had a funny thought that the boys were going through the same problems.

She quickly got dressed into the new clothes. A shirt that was a long sleve and was around the colour of her old military uniform, she was going over what the Master said and he was probably right that she wasn't going home, so she was going to reminisce about her old times now before that came a problem now. The jeans were a faded blue and they hugged her figure quite nicely. Her hair was mostly blonde but was brownish too, she guessed that the brown was replacing the blue that was in her when she was a mare.

After she had gotten dressed she went around the room, looking for technology that she didn't recognize that could be listening devices. She knew that talking to herself would probably make her look mad and why would they listen in to what she was talking about?

She sat on the bed and again looked around the room. Maybe she could destroy something in here, show them that they can't hold someone who's been in too many wars and has sacrificed everything for her world and others around her. Though she didn't want to get them mad so she sat on the bed and stared at the door, waiting for either the Doctor or the Master to walk in.
