I was house-sitting my friends apartment, because he and his roommate were going home for the holidays.  His roommate had a cat, and I didn't really need to take care of it, just make sure it had food and didn't run away. 

 

So I stayed in my friends room and had to keep his door closed because he had an inflatable mattress and the cat would rip it.  The cat was in heat and needed attention, so it constantly stood outside the door "meowing."  And when it stopped meowing, it would scratch the carpet or the door.  What was worse was that I got off work at 1 AM and had to go in at 8 AM, and the cat would not shut up.  It kept waking me up and I just wanted to kick it.

@Base, Luckily my university is known for it's high employment rates when the students go on "on the job training" so hopefully I'll get some work as a school guidance counsellor if fate allows me!  :P

@Rising, lol I have a similar problem at home, my cats seem to go into my room when I sleep, and the always close the door, and since my door kind of automatically closes I always need to open it, they sit there meowing and knocking over my stuff in the middle of the night and it's so annoying.. :blink:
