I may only done 1 main mission, 2 important side missions(That tell also the story forward and reveals some characters you saw in prologue better, who they are, tough by one no name was said(But if you take 1+1 together you can pretty sure think who both are from begin with)) and many side missions

 

also seems like there are 2 kind of main missions now(To get all you needto do all)

 

Main Mission marked as normal: Usually older missions with extra challenge(Like no eqipment by start of the mission, or extreme difficulty)

 

Main Mission marked as important: Those who actually bring the story forward
