Looks like this company works together with other companies looking to hire people, they check contributions on websites like Github etc and match you to something you may have the experience with (ie commit c++ code, get c++ job offer)

I mean it looks legit to me, but it's apparently also automated, so...

 

Not like I could do much with that anyway at the moment, but still, sorta awesome lol
