Although plastics are very brittle compared to mild steel and aluminium :|

Definitely. Like you get rear ended in a sixties Chevrolet, and there will hardly be any damage to your car because it's made of plate steel. I mean, you'll still have some pretty bad whiplash because bench seats don't have headrests, but at least the other guy is having a bad day since his car is totaled.

Oh hell yeah. Contrary to all of Clarkson's yawning when mentioning May, he's actually quite interesting to watch. I'm also watching the program wherein he flies on the plane that goes up to 70,000 feet. 

The Grand Tour is a really good show tho. I was worried it wouldn't be quite the same because it wouldn't be in the old TG studio anymore but they've managed to keep the spirit going. 

Fantastic show.

Gentlemen...

Say hello to the Ford Taurus SHO. 

It featured a 220 HP 3.0L V6 made by Yamaha mated to a 5 speed gearbox made by Mazda. The motor was capable of 8,500 RPM, but Ford limited it to 7,300 RPM and set redline at 7,000 because other parts would fail at 8,000.

The funniest part of it all is their V8 sports car, the Mustang GT had a 5.0L engine that was only capable of 205 HP. Their V6 family sedan was actually faster than their V8 sports car. 

Long live the SHO.
