No, it's not a racing game (thus "city car driving"). It's like virtual driving school

"defensive" driving

Challenges are things like driving on a blackout (bad vis, no traffic lights), driving with a broken engine (not allowed to stall the engine), driving with very low fuel, driving in a heavily crowded area where people just randomly run across the street, stuff like that.

Oh and you always only have a certain amount of mistakes you're allowed to make

So, going over the limit by just 1km/h, that's a point.

Started driving without using the left (or in england right I guess) indicator? that's 3 points or so.

Drive over the line at a traffic light at yellow, but before the last atom of your car crosses it, it turn to red, you get fined for crossing red -.-

I just got fined for not using the indicator when entering a lane... when I was driving straight on a 1 lane road

They certainly need to fix some bugs...

Did I mention it is a game developed by Russians?
