Really the main options are Rebirth, Spelunky, and Nuclear Throne.

 

 No reason to play classic Isaac, since Rebirth is pretty much a 100% improvement. And I'm just not feeling up to Meat boy today.

Can't even play classic Isaac now. The game looks bad, runs bad, and just has a lot less content than Rebirth.

 

 Also, too used to using my controller for Isaac now. And only Rebirth let's me do that.

Yeah, classic Isaac can get some bad lag on occasion because of running in flash.

 

 Rebirth? I've put over 80 hours into it so far. Only had one very short lag spike with it.
