Well derp I guess all those Silver Spoon is just misunderstood headcanons are now dead.

Blind follower or not Making Fun of disable people even If Not as evil as Chrysalis or Sombra still makes you a Heartless B---- . if I made fun Of someone blind or ina wheelchair I would be beaten to a pulp, lose all my friends, Be grounded for Years, and pretty much become an ourcast.

I never really noticed Silver Spoon being good but, I think of her as a blind follower who doesn't really speak up for herself as much but she hangs out with Diamond Tiara anyway. But, I guess whatever floats your boat.

I'd have to agree with CD on this one. I've never heard of anyone thinking Silver Spoon was 'good' on the inside. Everybody I know thinks that she is a mean bully..

All I have heard from others was the question 'Should she reform?', nothing canon about her being good. I suppose she isn't one of those characters that needs to be, unlike Discord. (In my opinion, Discord isn't really a villain or even a bully)

 

I just cannot exactly picture her being good. I could even imagine Gilda before her.

 

 

Or am I just seeing this wrong and getting it mixed up? Is this because SS was just a follower of DT that made some others potentially think that? Meh, there was still nothing pointing to SS having a pure heart or good intent. She just a bully. A bully I say! It works though.

Well, I guess my headcanon is dead, I didn't notice this in the sneak peak until I saw this post, but I agree with the last replies.

 

When I was thinking about my Sliver Spoon being good headcanon after seeing this, I say to myself that Sliver Spoon won't probably turn good during season four, but then I got this crazy critical thinking. Maybe BOTH Diamond Tiara and Sliver Spoon become good at the END of the series.

 

I think the CMC may get their cutie marks at the end of the series. DT and SS sees this and forgive them from their bully behavior.

 

I also got a feeling that Glida or Prince Blueblood may appear again because of how Trixie appear in season 3.

Overreacting much, people? We don't even know that Scootaloo is disabled. That was Lauren's idea, but for all we know the show will just portray her as a weak or late flier. Even if she is disabled, Silver Spoon mocking her does not make her irredeemable. You've buying way too much into 21st century PC if you believe that. Bullying is natural, almost everyone has done it sometime, and no amount of corny seminars in your school gymnasium will change that. Trust me on this, I was a victim early and often but I've also been around long enough to realize how things are. Mini-rant over, now on to the character.

 

The consensus on Spoony is not that she's necessarily good, but that she's not as bad as Diamond Tiara. She goes along with whatever Diamond does and we've never seen her making fun of anypony on her own. A few moments in the family appreciation day episode suggested she's not so bad, and she also played no part in the newspaper episode, which was arguably Diamond at her worst.

 

Spoon is one of my favorite ponies TBH. I don't make excuses for her behavior; she's definitely mean and needs to shape up. But I knew plenty of kids who were in her position. I'm hoping Spoon changes for the better sometime this season.

I wouldn't say that she's a pure, good hearted misunderstood filly, but I wouldn't say she's not either. Look how Diamond Tiara bullies all three of the crusaders, and possibly others too. Silver Spoon probably followed along so that she won't get bullied herself. It's always Diamond Tiara who starts the teasing, so I think that should be proof enough.
