[Now a Poll] How many tabs do you have open in your browser right now?

Things are running a bit slow since I'm on my laptop. I don't even feel like I have that many... :/

Anyway, just counted, I have 33 open in one window, and 4 open in another window. I also have 2 terminal windows open and emacs with 6 buffers. Also have an instance of XChat running. Odd, I'm used to having many more tabs open in Chrome (I can still see the icons, and usually I can't.) But then again, usually I'm on a desktop.

Anyway, how many tabs do you have open in your browser right now? How many apps do you have running right now?

 

EDIT: I like Dark Moon's format for this Just copying what I have above:

- 33 Chrome tabs in one window

- 4 more in another Chrome window

- 2 terminal windows

- 6 buffers in Emacs

- 1 channel on 1 server on XChat

I'm only permitted to have six windows at once, but normally I just have the one open. Sometimes if I'm bored I will have an extra window open for stuff like fanfics.

Lol it's funny you ask that because I have 9 tabs and the one I'm currently on is MLP forums of course! I know 9 tabs is a lot, call me crazy xD I don't know why but sometimes I like adding extra tabs when I don't want to type a link in the same tab.

It depends on which computer I'm using at a certain moment

 

My trusty old eMac; anything more than 5 or 6 tabs slows it to a crawl, no matter what browser. I don't usually use more than 4 at a time, while running iTunes and maybe VLC or Handbrake, very rarely iChat or Audio Hijack

 

My MacBook; generally, it can handle up to 10 or 15 tabs, but during a browsing session I usually only open 6-9.(I really need more than 2 GB of RAM so Chrome doesn't eat it all up, but DDR2 is getting expensive these days) while running Songbird, uTorrent and maybe VLC.

One of which is YouTube, another is one Ebay, one tab is Deviantart, then I have another Ebay tab, one is a free photo editing and cropping website, and finally this tab right here!

Four in Opera, including this one. Usually when I read notifications I have anywhere from 30 - 40 tabs open. Chrome, I have no tabs open because the browser itself isn't open.

Sure. I was thinking about it too, actually, but I didn't know what to put down as options... I figured most people had at least 15 or 20, but apparently I was wrong... XD I suppose I can set bins of exponential size.

I have on occasion, had quite a large number of tabs open at once, when I'm researching and discovering all sorts of topics; but generally, I have a few forums, my Facebook and maybe another "miscellaneous" tab or two - any more then that, and I find there are some tabs that end up forgotten or never actually visited.
