"It is kinda funny." Pinkamena said as she booped Chrysalis on the nose. "Alright, as much as I love this situation, we should get going." She said to Equinox.

"Alright" Selene said as he headed to the orchard.

 

"It's this way" Chrysalis said as she started on your way towards her body. "I swear I hate both of you...I hate both of you so much I could wring you dry of blood and love" Chrysalis said. "But you can't" Equinox said

Applbloom could see Selene through the cover of the branches she was in. 'He is fast!' She thought to herself.

Pinkamena followed behind Chrysalis and grinned at her speaking. "Sure you will. And I'm the princess of Saddlle Arabia." She said, teasing her.

"Just remember I can possess you" Chrysalis said. "I will eat your soul if you do Chrysalis" Equinox said

 

 

 

Selene looked up at the trees. "You know Equinox taught me how to track" Selene said as he got in one of the trees. "Ready or Not I'm going to find you" Selene said

"How far away is this place anyway?" Pinkamena asked.

Applebloom saw Selene climbing up one of trees near her and she knew she would be found if she didn't move. She slowly moved to the other side of the tree and attempted to quietly climb down the branches.

"Hi Applebloom" Selene said hearing an apple drop from a tree.

 

 

"Be Patient you nuisence of a pony" Chrysalis said. "I'm sorry this is funny a little filly getting angry and trying to seem threatening" Equinox said supressing laughter so he doesn't laugh out loud again

Applebloom stopped in her tracks and sighed. "Okay, you found me." She said solemnly. "I guess I'll be back at the clubhouse then." She said as she strolled off.

"I am patient. Now you hurry up." She said to Chysalis. "Is it really that funny anymore?" She turned to Equinox.

Alright" Selene said getting down from the tree. "Now i need to find Sweetiebelle" Selene said. "Let's see I check the barn and found Scootaloo, Checked here and found Applebloom...only other place would be back at the clubhouse or in one of the previous places" Selene said

 

 

 

Equinox sighed. "I guess not" Equinox said. "Yes now hurry up both of you" Chrysalis said. "It's not next door it is a few miles away" Chrysalis said

"Good, now we're moving faster." Pinkamena said keeping up with Chrysalis. "So, do you know anything of what we are looking for?" She asked her.

Scootaloo came into the clubhouse and plopped down on her sleeping bag. "Maybe I could catch up with my book while I wait." She said to herself as she took out a Daring Do book she borrowed from the library.

Sweetie Belle heard Scootaloo come into the clubhouse and remained sitting there quietly. 'Maybe Scootaloo being here will throw him off. Man, I'm such a genius.' She thought in her head.

"We are looking for a cave apparently" Chrysalis siad. "Well at least you can see where you body is at and besides I am surprised you are even helping us" Equinox said.

 

 

 

After searching for a while Selene headed back to the clubhouse. "I'll probably find her here...I haven't found her anywhere else" Selene said

Pinkamena just rolled her eyes when Chrysalis said her smart ass remark. "I meant the thing taking over your body. Do you know anything about it?" She asked again.

"Hey Selene. You find Sweetie Belle yet?" Scootaloo asked as Selene entered the clubhouse.

"Wierd, she's usually the first one found." Applebloom commented.

 

Sweetie Belle heard Applebloom and Scootaloo talking to Selene. She was happy she wasn't the first one found like usual. Hopefully, Selene might even give and she'll win, but that was doubtful.

"Well it's the old shaodw lord and apparently he came back...I thought he was rid of for god" Chrysalis siad."Yeah well you can think a damn black book for doing so" Equinox said

 

 

 

"I actually came here to search actually" Selene said as he went to the closet door and opened it.

"Came back? I don't remember him in any of our history." Pinkamena said to Chrysalis.

Sweetie Belle knew it was just a matter of time before she was found. 'Maybe he won't look here. Maybe he'll try again somewhere else. Maybe he'll give up.' She hoped, but knew it wasn't going to happen. She heard Selene go to the closet and open it. 'Whew, still hasn't found me.'

Selene walked over to the desk and searched it and found Sweetiebelle. "Found you" Selene said. "This was the last place I check also" Selene said

 

 

"He's older then the sisters....it may sound crazy but Sombra and I were the ones who sealed him in the black book" Chrysalis said. "Okay...that is a big fat lie" Equinox said. "Sealed Verse of Weiss: Seal away the darkness and weaken it so it may never come back" Chrysalis said saying a verse from the Grimoire Weiss without looking.

"Well, you win." Said Sweetie Belle as she got out of her hiding spot.

"So, what do you guys wanna do now? Another round?" Scootaloo asked.

"I dunno. Selene, what do you wanna do?" Applebloom asked Selene.

Pinkamena looked at Chrysalis in wonder. "Wow you're old." She said under her breath.

"I may be old but I can hear you still" Chrysalis said. "Chrysais...How long have you been around" Equinox asked. "I've been around for a real long time" Chrysalis answered. "Long enough to see Canterlot be made"

 

"Um...I'm not sure myself to tell the truth" Selene said.

"Old hag." Pinkamena said to herself. "How much farther have we got to go yet?" She asked.

"Well, it's not quite night time." Said Scootaloo, looking outside at the setting sun. "So, we can't star gaze yet."

"Maybe ah could go an' get some snacks from the house." Applebloom said.

"I would love some treats." Said Sweetie Belle.

"We are almost there" Chrysalis said.

"Good...the sooner this thing is dead, the easier our lives will be" Equinox said. "You really think you can destroy the shadowlord...you are a joke even with tha-" "I don't care" Equinox interrupted Chrysalis

 

 

 

"I am getting a bit hungry actually" Selene said

"Great, I'm getting tired of running around." Pinkamena said to Chrysalis. 'This better be worth having to deal with her.' She said in her head.

"Great. I'll go get some snacks then." Applebloom said as she left the clubhouse and headed towards the farm house.

"I'll come with you. We can carry a lot more snacks if we use my scooter." Said Scootaloo as she grabbed her scooter and followed behind Applebloom.

"I'll just wait here til you guys get back." Said Sweetie Belle.

"I guess I'll wait here also" Selene said.

 

"I'm getting tire you this also" Equinox said befroe the apporached a cave. "We are here...my body, the shadow lord and another presence is inside there right now" Chrysalis said. "Good to know..." Equinox said as he entered the cave

Sweetie Belle watched the other two leave and turned to Selene. "So Selene, what did make you wantt to come to Ponyville anyway?" Sweetie Belle asked him.

"I amm right behind you." Pinkamena said to Equinox as she pulled out the dagger Twilight gave her.

"Well I wanted to see my brother again since I haven't seen him in forever" Selene said. "

 

 

Equinox drew out his and Solstices katanas. "Time to end this once and for all" Equinox said. "Good luck to you both...you'll need it" Chrysalis said as Equinox went into the cave.

"Well that's sweet, but, how did you know he was in Ponyville.?" Sweetie Belle continued to ask Selene.

"Yeah." Pinkamena replied to Chrysalis as she followed behind Equinox into the cave where Chrysalis' body was. "You ready?" She asked Equinox.

Equinox looked at both katanas and nodded. "Yeah i'm ready" Equinox said. "In Equinox, Solstice was known as The Throne Defender and I was consider Throne Watcher....two titles given to the top guards..." Equinox thought. "Now both blades come together and both will defeat this being" Equinox said as they came to an illuminated area with thow ponies.

 

 

"Lydia and Shadowlord..." Equinox said before Lydia looked at him. "Equinox and the pink mare...how nice of you to join us both" Lydia said as Chrysalis's rose. "Finally...my own body...of course you two are in the way" The body spoke. "Lydia...get rid of them both" The body said.

 

"Equinox sent me a letter telling me where he was and I decided to go meet him after such a long time" Selene answered.

Pinkamena came into an illuminated chamber and she readied the dagger when she saw the two her and Equinox had been looking for. "Equinox, you get the Shadowlord. I'll get the mare." She said as she took a step towards Lydia and squared up, ready to fight.

"He must really care about you, even though he never mentioned anything about you." Sweetie Belle said to Selene.

"We're back." Said Scootaloo as she brought in her scooter that was full of treats.
