-Are we allowed to make a pony OC live in a district of our choice and let them join the games?

 

-Are we allowed to make an OC filling the role of a gamemaker?

1. it was originally going to be like that, but it's going to be longer to find all 24 rp'ers and it's gonna be a bit chaotic
