Tips on drawing in Colors 3D

Can someone help me with this? Since I don't have money to afford a tablet, I have to draw on my 3DS in Colors 3D. I have a problem were when I upload the drawing on my computer,it unexplicably has a line of paint in a part of a picture that just ruins it..how can I fix this?
