gaming Eighth generation absurdity

Some ridiculous things have been going on regarding the eighth generation of video games.

 

It started with absurd claims about the limits of the WiiU.  My personal favorite being "it's less powerful than the Xbox 360".

Anyway, it's now getting more ridiculous.  First of all, EA is unable to get to 1080p on the latest consoles.

EA isn't the only company having trouble with making graphical powerhouses.  Devs keep running into brick walls.  What is wrong with these consoles?  I thought they wanted architecture more like a PC.  Why wouldn't it be easier to make games for them?

 

So glad I'm not buying these consoles at launch.

I feel you bro. I'm definately NOT wasting my money on Xbox One. It's just plain bullcrap that you've got to do all of that stuff to just get online. Sony and Nintendo did a great job with their online stuff.

 

And about EA, EA has been messed up from the start. Some of their games I've heard, are rigged! RIGGED! Rigged to make you lose sometimes.

Yeah, stuff like this are many of the reasons why I'm getting a PC over any of the newer consoles. If that EA senior engineer thinks that...that's his opinion but he really shouldn't call the Wii U crap right out in public when he's obviously going to get fan backlash for. Honestly, the new gen consoles aren't in the best spot right now. I'll just go PC, easier for me despite being more expensive. 

 

EA can get cocky from time to time, but unlike most...I still don't hate them.
