Rain accepted the celery stick. "You're less stupid then I first thought," she grinned. "See you around, dude. Thanks for the celery."

Shadow then turned, and Rain facehoof'd. This had been going so well! Whipping the celery at him, it bonked his back and flew into a bush.

"Good?" she asked the shadowy figure.

"I threw it at you because you were being dumb. There was nothing magical about that celery. If I touched it I'm sure it's fine. And if not, looks like I'm dead. Plus, it's probably the only chance I'll get to throw something at you." She looked at him, serious now. "That blood I gave you made you stronger, right? Cuz if you need more..."

Shadow facehoofed "Will you stop with the blood already. What happend that night was dangerous! I could of bitten you, you could of died, you could become like me! You could end up getting you life force taken like ten almost had! And to top it off I could hurt someone now for blood." he said. "look we need to find Six...."

Rain mimicked him through his whole speech. "Like I said, you gotta be willing to take risks. And now that Discord's starting 'Round Two', we need you to be at your strongest the whole time." She rolled her eyes. "I knew what I was getting into. Otherwise I wouldn't've of offered. And now we can just provide blood through transfusions. I don't mind doing it, to be honest. Lots to go around."

She heard the sound of something up ahead. "Hey, that must be Six!" She zoomed ahead to meet him.

Six turned toward a sound he heard, he was leaned up against the tree, the broken basket next to him, he didnt look his best either, still mentally degrading himself, who's that? he wondered as the noise came closer...

Rain burst through the foliage. "Hey, Six!" she said. "I was really worried we'd lost you!"

She sped towards him and hugged him before sitting down. When she noticed the bucket, she looked at him. "You too, huh? He's sending some ponies after us pretty soon. We had a...chat."

She saw that he looked angry, so the touched his shoulder. "Hey, what's up? Are you okay? Is there anything I can do to help?" She blinked, her blue eyes worried.

Six looked at Rain's eyes, then looked toward Shadow. He then looked to the ground, "Nothin" he said quietly, though it was easy to tell he was lying, dammit why cant I just tell her? he thought to himself. He looked away for a moment, not sure of what to say next...

"ill just leave you two alone for a minute" he said as he walked back out through the foliage.

"I think you're lying," said Rain, but she said it as gently as possible. "What's on your mind?"

Six sighed, "Lots a' things been on mah mind... these past few days... discord... this little game hes having with us... but lately... its been you on my mind lately..." He didnt expect a positive response from her, so he stared at the ground as he waited for a response...

Rain didn't say anything. She sat down. "I really really like you too, Six," she sighed. "Not in that way though."

She smiled and lifted his head up. "Once we get out of this mess? I'd like it if you tried again."

Six looked up at her smile, and it made him give a small smile back, "Ya do?" he asked quietly, "But... ya seemed intersted in... Shadow... what with you so willin to give him yer own blood and such... put yerself in danger and whatnot..." he then gulped as he continued, "Plus... what good am ah here? Ah aint got no wings like you, I cant perform powerful magic... what use am ah? All ah can do is dress a few wounds and play guitar. And yall got Riza for the medical stuff, so that only leaves me with the guitar... what usefulness does that give yall? Ah thought I could come here, to prove everypony wrong that ah wasnt just some two color eyed no pony... that ah COULD help... but... perhaps ah was wrong"...
