everything i try fails! she dosnt seem to care that im the top archer in all of equestria! nor dose she care that i can hit a target at 50 yards while flying upside down! i need a new tactic, my best selling book isnt complete with out a love intrest! in other news a large bolder blocked our path, Iron heart flew up to it and kicked it, breaking it, show off what does sweet cheeks see in him? i think hes overly kind, the fog is still there, rain storm is starting to get nervous now

Six looked down at the entry chuckling as Rain continued her little conversation with Sahdow. aside from this pony's ridiculous attempts to woo her by showing off, something else caughthis attention, "Hey Rain, check this out, here it is again with this fog... Ah think it has something to do with the pony's mood..."

"Okay, now your just teasing me. He tried to kill me, twice....." he heard Rain "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, DO YOU WANT TO GET SIX ALL WORKED UP NOWWW!" he yelled back.

 

"I THINK THAT SIX UNDERSTANDS WHO I'M TALKING ABOUT!" shouted Rain, turning her attention to the book.

"Yeah, I noticed that too. It's definatrly happening when ponies are arguing or angry," she said. "LET'S AVOID CONFLICT. HMMM, WONDER WHO CAN'T DO THAT."

Rain sat there for a moment, a bit stunned by Shadow's thought.

Shadow walked back into his tent and began to pretend to sleep.

"Nothing," said Rain. "Shadow's just being a little...different."

"Uhh, alright then". As Six continued to read, he soon yawned, "Ah think its time ta hit the hay for the night" he said tiredly, he stood and walked to his sleeping area, laying down and resting his chin on his forehooves, not quite falling asleep just yet.

Rain nodded. "Night," she said, and she placed the journal away, closing her eyes but not yet going to sleep. There were a few things she needed to think about first, and now was the only time she'd have to do it in peace.

She hid her thoughts, hoping that Shadow couldn't read them.

Six gazed off into the distance, thinking about the (FAILED) attempt to show Rain how much he really did like her. Once again I thank ya Shadow for ruining mah chances with her, he thought sarcastically and slightly annoyed. He really did like Rain, She was the first mare he ever had feelings for, and she was the first to show any feelings toward him that werent feelings of disgust or any of the sort. He eventually found sleep, though it was interrupted and bothered, not quite peaceful...

Rain could hear Strong's breathing and slipped outside, hoping he didn't notice.

She sat down and looked at the sky, which was still the bright blue of early afternoon.

Well, better go see if I can find that camp alone, she thought, not wanting to wake anypony else. They deserve their rest.

Shadow heard rain get up "What is she doing?" he started to sneak behind her and cloak himself in shadows.
