*Riza watched the goings on.*

"Things just keep getting worse and worse."

*She said to herself.*

"Rain! Whats your blood type?"

Rain didn't say anything. She shut them all out.

Do it, Shadow. Do it now. Do it or you're going to snap one day. Just once. You have enough control. You know you do.

Rain wasn't sure why she was so intent on doing this. There was the definite fear that he would attack someone, yes, but she also felt something else. Pity, that was it. Shadow had been through so much and she'd be so cruel to him. This would make her feel at least a little bit better about her actions.

*For the first time in a long time, Riza began to become angry*

"God DAMMIT RAIN!!!! WHAT IS YOUR BLOOD TYPE!!!"

"Rain! Dammit ya can't!!" exclaimed Six, a tear rolling down his cheek. He felt as I his heart was being ripped in two.

"Your gonna get yourself killed Rain, there are a few other things that could happen too" he said as he was looking at Riza "what is she thinking" Shadow thought.

Riza was getting on her nerves. "AB negative!" she said angrily, pissed that she had broken her concentration. "I'm not going to die! I just want to help him, okay?"

"Im fine with you letting him take your blood. Because Im pretty sure that Shadow cant drink straight from transfusion bags, then Ill just give you more blood once he is done."

*Riza opened up her bag and took out a cooler. She opened it to reveal several labeled blood transfusion bags.*

Shadow face started to twitch in a few places "horseapples, its starting to get to me. got to hold back from attacking"

"RAIN" Six yelled, tears pouring down his face. He then said in a much quieter voice "dont..."

Rain nodded and walked over to Shadow, standing right next to him. "It's alright," she smiled. "My blood may be pretty rare, but it's compatible with pretty much every other type."

Six breathed a huge sigh of relief, he truly cared for Rain, and he was sure it showed on his face, "Just... Don't take too much out at a time... Ok?"

Rain nodded and walked over to Riza, offering one of her front legs.

She looked at Six and smiled. "Calm down, he's not going to bite me. We're gonna do this the safe way."

 

*Riza took out one of the empty transfusion bags and hooked up a needle hose to it. She then took out a disinfectant wipe and wiped a part of Rain's front leg.*

"This will sting for a second."

*She stuck the needle into the spot where she had wiped with the disinfectant wipe and blood began to rush through the tube into the bag.*

"Just a little bit more."

*After the bag was full Riza removed the needle from Rain's leg and bandaged the spot she had taken blood from.*

"There, now lay down and sleep. No complaining."

*Riza said sternly. She then took the bag with Rain's blood in it and walked over to Shadow and handed him the bag*

"Now drink, we are going to need you to be stable if we want to complete this mission."

Rain nodded and looked around at everypony. They looked a little shocked, and Six was crying a bit. Without saying anything, she lay down in the corner, feeling a bit light-headed, and closed her eyes.

Shadow took the bag "Im going to regret this....alot" He said out loud. He punctured one of his fangs through the bag. it began to dissapear untill the bag was left empty.

Ten was awoken when Riza moved out from under him. He smacked his head on the ground, clearing his sleepy daze pretty quickly. He looked up at Shadow, grumpy from the rude awakening. "what the HELL do you think you're doing?"

Rain looked at him sadly. "I was giving Shadow some blood," she said, and a single tear slipped down her cheek as she looked down. She wiped it away and turned over, her body shaking a little as she cried. She hoped nopony else could hear.

It wasn't that she regretted her decision. She wasn't sure why she cried. But she did, and she closed her eyes tightly, trying to force the tears to stay in.

Shadow began to feel alot less tense, his general anger the his element puts on him began to subside. "Ill grow a hunger for this taste and then this will get ugly" he thought. his power began to increase, and his headache dissapeared.

Six saw her trembling, he walked up to her, lowering himself to her level and placing a gentle hoof on her shoulder

*Riza said.*

"How are you feeling? Are you alright?"

Rain continued to shiver.

"I don't know what I'm doing," she admitted to Six. "Now he's just going to want more." She looked up at him. "Not that I mind giving it to him. But I don't want to hurt any more people. I've been rude enough to everyone as is. I've called Discord up twice. I'm totally bringing the team down. All cuz I wanted to be an adventurer."

"my head hurts from hitting the ground, but other than that I'm feeling" ten grunted as he shakily stood up. "just peachy." Ten wobbled a bit more and started to lose his balance.
