Six slowly woke up, not feeling Rain next to him, he sat up and yawned. He stepped quietly out of the tent and saw Rain and Shadow sitting side by side. He felt an unexpected pang of jealousy, but then followed by sadness, <who am I kidding> he thought sadly, <Why did I even have the slightest hope I'd have a chance with her. She obviously dont care for me like that> with a quiet sigh, he walked away from the camp. Deciding to busy his mind with another food run. He went to look for the apple tree he had found the other day, his tail drooped slightly and his ears pinned down

Shadow looked back at Six thinking about what he just thought "You cant be serious? He thinks she dosent like him? and me? come on the ear peircings, the eyes, fangs and overall attitude? no girl can like a monster!" he thought. he looked back at Ten seeing he was getting up.

"where's my house? And why am I naked?"

(OOC. In case you didn't notice, ten is exactly like me when I wake up in the mornings.)

when strong hooves got to the apple tree he saw the shadow pony lieing down on a branch eating an apple

 

"oh my god these things are delicious!" it looked at strong "aww, some pony feeling sad? listen kid, shadow has no chance, look at him with that ugly mug of his, oh and here have these" the shadow pony droped a basket of apples then vanished

Shadow began to bust out laughing at Tens question. "Well i normally only wear a scarf, so i cant say we dont wear clothes"

"Hey, do you guys know what's up with Six?" asked Rain curiously. "He looked really sad when he was leaving the camp."

She remembered what had happened that morning and blushed a little bit. Is he upset I left? Nah. That's not Six.

"nuh-uh! I don't have my sleeping socks!". Ten lazily held up his hooves to prove his point. "they're soooooooo comfy..."

Shadow looked at Rain "Do you want me to tell you thats the reason he is upset or should you find out yourself?" thought to her.

Six merely rolled his eyes as the shadow pony vanished, he was annoyed by its random appearances, he pushed away the basket, not trusting them to be safe. He sighed again and sat for a little while, leaning against the tree.

"Maybe, but he left, and that seems like a perfect chance for the shadow pony to get to him, i think we should go check on him" he said this as he got up, walking to the direction where Six went.

Rain followed, fluttering up into the sky.

"I'm coming too. I'm kinda worried about him," she admitted.

Ten stood up and began stumbling around camp, bumping into things and muttering curses. He made his way to his canteen and took a hearty swig, savoring the flavor of the coffee before swallowing it. A more coherent Ten returned to where Riza was sleeping, he decided to leave her be and to go talk to shadow instead.

once shadow cloud left the shadow pony appeared next to rain, but he was only visible to her

 

"i dont think ive talked to you yet, and you seem to be becomeing more important, so tell me whats on your mind?"

Rain startled, slowing down. When she saw who it was she rolled her eyes dramatically.

"I'm all for fun but this game's getting a little out of hand," she said with a little smirk.

Shadow had a smug face on now "Stupid...i can read her thoughts so i can tell if your there" he thought to himself. "i want to hear what he has to say though...." he thought again.

"ohh i got a smile! fun and games is what im all about! if havnt noticed, this whole thing is one big game!"

<the buck am I doin here> thought Six, shaking his head, <why did I even come? Did I think I could help anypony? Me? A two eye colored nopony? Who's only got himself an his guitar for company? Hell, these ponies would've been fine without me, what good am I? If anything I'm just a hindrance,no good besides the little music player> he began to get angry with himself, and bucked the basket, breaking it an scattering the apples into the bushes.

Rain nodded. "Yes, I noticed. You're quite the player. Shadow seems to be nervous about you," she said glancing at him. "Heard ya had a little talk with him earlier. What was that all about?"

"huh... Where's he off to?" power ten was annoyed now that he had nothing to do. He plodded over to Riza and sat down next to her sleeping form. He glanced down at her. <She's kinda cute when she's sleeping> Ten frowned, "what am I thinking? She's not even the same species as me! Think of the consequences!" he muttered, mentally kicking himself. He just sat there now, deep in thought.

"well me and him, well mostly me, were having a lovly conversation about ten and riza, ive never seen a griffin and pony get together, so then i thought of what there children would be called, i got the brilliant idea! they would be called poffins!"
