"This is a prostetic wing I made for myself. Up until now I have peen to afraid to amputate my crippled wing to attatch it. Im going to do it now. I need your help attatching the prostetic one the real one is gone."

"Amputated wings were common back home. My mother taught me how to make these special prostetics. All one has to do is hold the prostetic up to the wound and the blood will make a connection and fuse metal with flesh. Its tempered and enchanted in a way so that it only can bond with griffin blood."

Shadow released his fangs from Rain's arm and got up "You okay Rain?" he said concered

 

as his clones got off the Sentry, it was laying on the ground, seemingly dead.

Rain smiled as she felt Shadow's pulse get stronger. He was still drinking and though she knew she had given enough already, she didn't pull away. She felt herself getting weaker but underneath her she could feel him becoming more powerful.

He let go, stood up, and said something but Rain's vision and hearing were foggy. "Better?" she slurred.

Rain grinned dazedly. "Glad...better..." she said in an almost coughed tone. She couldn't see anything but fuzzy outlines and her head spun crazily as she staggered towards him, collapsing against him. She hadn't passed out yet, but she was close to it.

Too much....blood...Riza? she thought.

He took a deep breath and got up and walked back to camp with rain on his back

Rain felt herself being lifted, but she wasn't too concerned about it. She could feel the blood matting in her coat and she stunk of the stuff.

Transfusion...Riza...Six...mad? she thought incoherently.

Six had walked a ways away from the camp and the other two, he grabbed his guitar, leand against a tree, and brought it up to him, but he didnt strum, Play... play and... make the pain... go away... he brought a shaky hoof to the strings, but did nothing, I... I cant... he dropped his guitar, and curled up against the tree, crying softly to himself.

"As soon as the wing coms off, I need you to place the end of the wing onto the stump that will be there and attatch the clamps onto the sides. Then, a small pipe will emerge from the wing. I need you to take that and stick the needle from it intp this part of my back." *She pointed to a small point on her back about three inches away from the base of her wing.* "Then blood should begin to flow from my body into the prostetic and the flesh to metal fusion will begin."

*Riza heard them as Shadow set Rain down.* "Oh no, shes lost a lot of blood! *She reached over to her cooler with the transfusion blood, looked around in it. Her heart sank.* "Th-there isnt any of her blood type left." *Riza said with a horrified look on her face.*

Six looked at the sentry, and with a fluent motion, socked it right in the face...

(AB- is compatible with almost all blood types, it's also the rarest type. Here in Canada they make up about 1% of our population. But that's no fun, is it? )
