Once she got outside she trotted away from the building as quickly and as quietly as possible. The earth pony was out of breath, mostly from being nervous.  "Blazing." She said, hoping he could hear her. "There it is, right across the street. Stay out of the light." 

"Got it." Blazing said. "It's gonna be kinda difficult to not get seen though..." He added. He had completely forgotten until just then that he was some of the brightest possible colors. Great... Let's just move quickly and quietly. He decided. He moved as quickly as he could, making sure to avoid the light.

@, "I agree." Bayonet says from the kitchen as she gets the food ready. "It's a lot bigger then my old room back home. Id on't mind it, but like the coziness of a smaller room. But I like this room a lot better then my room in the hos-"She quickly clears her throat."-I mean The food is ready!" She walks outside the kitchen with to plates of foo on her back and hoofs it to Cinder. "It's called Kartoffelkloesse, it's potato dumplings drizzled with honey gravy. I hope you like it." She takes a seat next to her and starts eating.

"The what sorry...?" She started to ask before the meal was brought out, though her question was cut short. "Wow, just, wow!" Cinder beamed at the pony bringing food: there was only so long one could live on salads and toast before it got tedious - not to mention the appreciation if somepony going to the effort to cook for her. Scribe had tried. Once. She hadn't let him try a second time.

 

"This is amazing!" She said, unable to stop herself occasionally glancing up at Bayonet as she started to eat.

Frost finished unpacking and sat back in his chair. "Phew, I had more stuff than I realized." he chuckled to himself as he looked out his window. "Hmmmm, a good stroll around campus sounds nice, I can clear my head." he said softly as he grabbed his special scarf and left the biulding to walk around the campus.

 

He had been walking for a few minutes when he came across a large warehouse, it appeared to be abandoned given its current state. He noticed movement and saw two ponies who appeared to be trying to find a way in. Frost got an idea and chuckled. "Let's go scare the manes off those to." he thought as he ran to the opposite side of the ware house and began to look for an entrance.

If Cinder had a suspicious mind, she would have suspected something to be wrong. Would have suspected that there might be more to this sweet mare than met the eye - that something might be being kept from her. Cinder, however, did not have a suspicious mind. While she was learning not to trust ponies blindly without reason, she was still willing to accept what was said as the truth.

 

"Huh, okay, whatever you say." She said happily before taking another bite.

 

"... This is really good! I'd offer to return the favour sometime but... yeah, not so great at cooking." She grinned sheepishly. "I make pretty good coffee apparently, but that's about it."

'If you keep blushing like that for no reason she's going to think you're red, not brown.' Her mind lectured. As she stalled for a moment in silence.

@, She gives a warming smile. "I'm glad you do as well." She finishes the rest of her Kartoffelkloesse and sees that Cinderblock was done as well. "Let me get that for you." She takes her plate and heads into the kitchen to clean them. After she was done she comes back with a small plate of cookies."I hope you like chocolate chip."

Pixie broke out the remaining glass out of the window with her hoof. She did it with such precision that it shattered inward.  She crawled into the window, being sure to stay away from some of the larger fragments. Once she had made it through the window she called out. "Blaze~! Your turn."

Blazing backed up a bit, then ran and dived in. "I regret nothiiiiiing!" He half shouted as he was jumping in. If he was going to go in through a window he was going to at least have some fun with it. That was one of the stupidest things I've ever done... But it was awesome! He thought.

"Good." She said, then laughed at the stallion. "Lets take a nice look around, maybe we will find some...treasure?" Pixie said, taking a look around. It was completely dark except for a few strands of moonlight seeping through the roof. "I can hardly see my muzzle in front of my eyes." She said, taking a step forward.

"Good." She said, then laughed at the stallion. "Lets take a nice look around, maybe we will find some...treasure?" Pixie said, taking a look around. It was completely dark except for a few strands of moonlight seeping through the roof. "I can hardly see my muzzle in front of my eyes." She said, taking a step forward.

"I know... I don't like this darkness." Blazing said. Normally he was okay with the dark, but this time was different. Late at night, a dark abandoned warehouse is definitely not the best place to be in. "I doubt we're gonna find anything in this kind of darkness." He added, looking around a bit.

"Ehh." She said, looking towards where she thought Blaze would be. "It isn't too bad." Pixie walked forward and found some steps. "Hey Blazing, there are stairs here, should we go up them? It looks like the floor is sorta wearing away up there." She said, mentally pointing out an area where she saw some light go through.

"Ehh." She said, looking towards where she thought Blaze would be. "It isn't too bad." Pixie walked forward and found some steps. "Hey Blazing, there are stairs here, should we go up them? It looks like the floor is sorta wearing away up there." She said, mentally pointing out an area where she saw some light go through.

"Sure, why not?" Blazing said. He ran over to the stairs, not caring about safety anymore. I mean, we haven't done anything safe yet, so what makes this any different? He wondered. He waited for Pixie before actually going up them. He wanted to go, but he didn't want to go alone.

Pixie headed up the steps, one by one. She pushed gently on each one before putting her entire weight onto it. About halfway up one of the boards fell away. "Watch your step." She said to Blazing as she continued making her way up. "One of the boards snapped."

"Oh that's reassuring..." Blazing said sarcastically. He walked up the stairs slowly, making sure to avoid the broken one. So dangerous... Yet so much fun. He thought. He was still a bit nervous, just waiting for one of the steps to break and for him to fall. He shook his head, trying to get rid of the thought.

The earth pony muttered to herself, amazed at the sight. She didn't expect there to be something so beautiful in something so horribly broken. Pixie sat down and stared at the full moon and the stars.

Cinder giggled slightly at the gesture and nodded.

 

"I do, thank you. I'll not want to leave at this rate, I could get used to this!" She joked in response as she double checked that she wasn't leaving any dusty marks around her friends dorm: everything seemed fine. Feeling a little more relaxed than previously - she had made a friend who was very who didn't take offense to her awkward comments about things like how fetching she looked and even made some of her own!

 

So far this university was going much better than the last two!

The earth pony muttered to herself, amazed at the sight. She didn't expect there to be something so beautiful in something so horribly broken. Pixie sat down and stared at the full moon and the stars. 

Blazing looked up at the moon, not saying anything. One of the few things that made him happy before he met Pixie was just looking up at the night sky. It's been a long time... Hasn't it? He thought. He remembered something an old friend had said to him when they were just looking up at the moon one day, the last time they saw each other. Just remember, even if we never see each other again, we can still watch the night sky together... He silently said to himself, trying to hold back tears.

All she could see was his silhouette in the darkness. He seemed slumped over, like he was when he was upset earlier. "What's wrong?" Pixie muttered gently, returning her gaze to the stars.
