"It should take a few minutes if I ask Pinkie Pie for the hot air balloon" She said then thought. "How about we go to Sugar Cube Corner" She suggested and looked at Swinging. "Well what do you think wanna go to Cloudsdale or head to Sugar Cube corner" She asked

"I would say Cloudsdale, but whatever you want to do is fine." Swinging said. Well so much for going to the best cloud city in existence, maybe. He thought. He really wanted to go to Cloudsdale, but there was still the possibility that Shinx wouldn't want to go.

"To tell the truth I really want to go to Cloudsdale but I'm an Earth Pony..." She said as she looked at the sky. "Who ever set up a blind date with me and you probably had some good intentions" She said as she thought it would be a bit difficult for a earth pony and a pegasus to get together

"I wonder if they had a reason for setting up an earth pony with a pegasus who loves flying." Swinging said. If they did have a reason, it better be pretty bucking good. He thought angrily. He felt bad about not liking the idea of being with Shinx, but it was going to be difficult seeing as she couldn't fly, so he would have to stay on the ground most of the time.

"You probably think I'm boring anyways" She said as she looked down at the ground. "Maybe who ever thought this didn't know I wasn't a pegasus" She thought to herself as she started walking to Sugar Cube Corner. "It would probably be better if he just left" She said to her self

Swinging heard what Shinx said, and ran up to her. "Why do you think it would be better if I left? Do you not like me?" He asked. Great! I bucked up! Just like every other time, I BUCKED UP! He thought angrily. He was never the best with mares, so he was somewhat prepared to mess up.

"No I like you...it's just I dont think you like me...I can't even fly so you would be on the ground most of the time if you wanted to hang out" She said. "Besides you think I'm boring anyways" She added as she continued on her way to Sugar Cube Corner. "I wish I could fly" She thought to her self

Angel's face softened. "I'm sorry," she said, lowering her head. "Nopony deserves to have their family leave them, especially not over something so trivial as not being athletic."
"My parents weren't the greatest either. They didn't care when I got bullied at school and I was too afraid to stand up for myself so the only pony who ever stuck up for me was my brother Cumulus... He's not athletic either, in fact he was viewed as physically weak, and him sticking up for me never changed anything." she confessed. She found that it always helped when somepony had a bit of empathy.

Angel's face softened. "I'm sorry," she said, lowering her head. "Nopony deserves to have their family leave them, especially not over something so trivial as not being athletic."

"My parentts weren't the greatest either. They didn't care when I got bullied at school and I was too afraid to stand up for myself so the only pony who ever stuck up for me was my brother Cumulus... He's not athletic either and himsticking up for me never changed anything either," she confessed. She found that it always helped when somepony had a bit of empathy.

Camou looked up at her, with a small grin on his face. "Well then, I see we have a bit in common, I must also mention that I wear this scarf to remember my mother by, it's an important possession." Camou smiled a bit more and blushed. "Wow, I'm already starting to like this mare."

"I see. I don't have much to remember my parents by except a lilac bush that I take care of outside. It's my mother's favorite scent. So, um, would you like to go do something?" she asked. Not that she had much experience in dating, or any really, but she didn't think dates were typically  spent standing up and chatting about each other's pasts...

"That sounds like a good idea." Swinging said, flapping his wings excitedly. He stopped almost immediately afterwards though, realizing he should get used to not using them that often. Oops... That right there is gonna take some getting used to... He thought.

I also don't know if she'll like star gazing either. Oh I've got it." Camou cleared his throat and presented his idea. "Might I escort you to lunch? I heard there is a great deal for dates today."

Camou preceded to lead the way to the restaurant. "I wonder if she likes compliments. She seems shy so she might be flattered from them." Camou cleared his throat. "So, you are looking quite lovely tonight. Anyway, what food do you eat  so I could know what to get you?"

Her grey eyes with milky silver pupils seemed to be looking up at the sky as she walked.

Camou looked over at her in slight awe as she gazed up at the sky. "It seems you like to gaze at the sky," Camou smiled and commented. "It's amazing how you look lost in thought, you look so calm and optimistic about life, anyways here we are at the restaurant." Camou finds them a table and pulls out a chair to offer her a seat.

Dakota flew along to the meet up spot. He wasn't sure what to think or to expect. He focused more on what he would say and played out the scenario in his head. He finally landed and looked around for his blind date. Dakota laid down and waited until he was approached by his blind date.

Angel blushed. So he hadn't figured it out. Not that she had expected him to have to figure it out, it had just slipped her mind to tell him.
Well, I'll-
She was interrupted from her train of thought by what sounded like the scrape of  a chair. From how it sounded, it seemed he was holding a chair for her. Following the sound of the noise, she cautiously felt for it, found the seat, and sat.
"Thank you," she smiled in what she hoped was his direction. "But in response to your earlier comment... well, the way you put it sounds nice... But, um, I have something to tell you."
