My God lol it's kinda amazing pinkie or rainbow dash being the practical jokers they are didn't go back with a trash bag and just load up on it.

 

I think it would be funny to see it affect the back ground ponies on the show, or Luna, the the big C herself.

Or the cutie crusaders.

Or Trixie,

or silver spoons and diamonds tiara.

 

i think they could got some more mileage out of that stuff lol.

I think the mane 6 wouldn't do that (yes even Pinkie/Dashie) because they had a bad experience not knowing what was going on when they were affected. They would feel mean using it on somepony else, even for a joke.

Maybe Discord could do something like this? I know that it is very doubtful but it would make sense given how he is basically the master prankster, being the spirit of chaos after all. Perhaps he could use it on the non mane 6 ponies, that would make for some interesting results I am sure. Sadly that may not happen and I do not see any of the mane 6 doing such a thing as it apparently can be veeeeery troublesome. Discord, he could pull that off just fine.

I think that joke is handled on discordly conduct (it's a tumbler) where's he's seen as the person responsible for the weed in the first place.

When to draw the line with jokes really depends upon the friends carrying it out.

I can make dick jokes to my closest friends but not the Pope. If it's a random aberrant growth of nature that's playing a prank on me, it's actions are more likely to suggest to me a weedwacker than laughter.

The only problem with that is that Discord is so darn powerful that he doesn't NEED the flower to use it's effects. Heck, he was probably the one who made it in the first place. If he could turn houses into things so brittle they could be knocked over with a sneeze he could certainly make a flower that plays pranks on people. And apparently it doesn't wear off without an antidote, so that only fits with his chaos reigning philosophy

Oh now I see my problem, thanks. Discord doesn't need the flower at all then, if he could take the flower to the next level he can just do it by himself by using his chaos.

It could. But I don't think Pinkie nor Dashie would use it, as they have been through it's effects. Not to mention the effects don't jsut "Wear off" they need a potion to cure them.So, yea not really all that fun of a joke to play on sompony, because with out the potion, the effects are more orl ess permanent....now if they were to eventually wear off, then maybe yea, I could see Pinkie and Dashie getting their hooves on the stuff and pranking everypony..

 

This gives me an idea....Weaponizing Poison Joke for the Chaotic faction! AHA!!!
