This one is for those few who owns a windows RT device.

I'm trying to be able to do recolors of credited vectors and make them into my OC. The problem is, a Surface can't run any desktop apps to do any of that. If anyone knows of any good windows store drawing apps, or any way to recolor pictures on one it'd be great to tell me.

The Windows Surface RT will not be able to run any desktop applications which allows you to do that as far as I know.

If you are going to work with .png vector pictures and then recolor them, I suppose you can just look up any image editing app which allows toy to use a fill/paint bucket tool to change the colors. However you won't be able to change much and the quality will be a bit meh..

The best option when recoloring is probably to use the source .svg or .ai vector file. For this, you will need a vector editing application. Though I think it will be hard to find one.

This is the best I could find

However I doubt it can import the .svg files you'd need to import. Plus it costs money so it wouldn't be worth trying.

Another alternative is the a Windows x86 emulator.

Then your best option would be to download the program Inkscape. However, this emulator and program requires a lot of CPU power and it's not sure if it will work. Even if it will, it will be very slow. Besides, the program is BETA so I don't know if it will affect your device.

Otherwise I'm out of ideas.

Though my best advice is to not do the recoloring on your surface.
