Splinter looked at the clock and sighed. This stuff was easy, but he had already finished what the teacher had given him as he watched some other colts and mares work on their sheets. Urrrrgggg. This is so booorrrring. Luckily I brought my Creepypasta Survival Guide. Splinter thought as he pulled the guide out from his saddlebag that was under his desk.

(Soon) Quartz Rose was sitting next to Frozen Fire in Physics. She kept putting her papers on his desk and then telling the teacher Frozen Fire had stolen them. "Frozen, where's my sparkly pink pen and notebook, I know you took them, their my Physics stuff and I want them back." Quartz said. "Look Quartz I don't know, now stop bothering me and pay attention!" Frozen answered annoyed.

"There you go! And its no problem, i'd be grumpy to if this happened my first day," Game assuered her smiling.

 

"But being on time wont work, cause..." Game paused and gave a weak smile.

"Nice getting to know you guys. I would have rather done it in a place with more air, but that's just me. My combination is 2-5-1-4, and I'm not meaning to sound rude but could you please hurry? I'm probably late for class." She said agitatedly, shuffling around in the tight space.

"Well once we get to class we can just explain what happened, and it'll be fine. Right?" Swinging asked. He really hoped they wouldn't get in trouble on the first day of school. What a wonderful way to start school, being late to class... But I guess that is what I'm best at. He thought.

Nova closed his notebook and turned to face the colt. "Well Dusty, I don't know about you, but this is my first day here, even though it's my last year of high school." He explained. "I'm not in class right now because I knew I wasn't going to make it here on time so I called ahead to let the school know. I just got here earlier today, moved from a town far away from here. Now, if you don't mind me asking, how come you don't know where you're going?" He asked kindly.

"Well, it's my first year here and I arrived late, so I'm kinda just waiting for food to be served," Dusty shrugged as he took a seat across from Nova.

"You gonna try out for any teams or clubs?" he asked,

"I might, depends on what they have," he added.

Dusty was really just trying to pass time with small talk as he was incredibly bored.

"Uhh, well I was thinking of joining the flying team," Dusty said, "I've been told I'm a decent flyer"

But Dusty was still focused on that notebook, he seemed intrigued by the object, as he wondered what Nova had been writing in there.

"So, how are you at flying? Good enough for a race?" Dusty asked with a small smile.

"Oh, the flying team." Nova said as if he were old and reminiscing about his youth. "Good for you. If you can put up with that lot then you can do pretty much anything." He sighed. "But as for me, as you ask, no. I'm not much good at flying. Kinda useless for a Pegasus to be bad at flying, isn't it?" He smiled weakly, and stretched out his wings for a moment. "These things don't work like they're supposed to." He said flatly, and then cast a disapproving glance at them before folding them back in.

Orion Skies turned to the direction of yet another newcomer. "Oh no worries! It's fine. You didn't really interrupt." Orion reassured the young stallion. "As for knowing my way around here, I'm sorry but I'm just as clueless as the next pony. I just barely arrived here not even a minute ago." Orion explained, feeling bad he could not be of much help.

 

 

 

 

"Well it was nice meeting ya!" Orion called out to her as she trotted away. He let out a soft sigh. Not again. This is the second time this has happened. Well, I hope she was serious when she said she would be late.

 

Weird though, considering how often I usually come to school early. Orion thought curiously to himself.

 

He turn back towards Pink Mist. "It's really strange. In all my early years spent at Canterlot, I have never once seen any other alicorns besides the two princesses..." Orion pondered out loud.

 

 

 

 

"Why hello there!" Orion smiled. "What's your name!"

"I haven't either, and I've only seen the princesses from far away. Hehe. Oh and I transferred from Saddle High. (I totally just made that up xD) I heard this was a pretty good school and I just like changing. So um, what's your first class?"

Pink also looked around the school.

 

"Oh, you're right. We better get going. I actually seem to have English too. Wanna walk there together?"

 

"Look like I'm having some luck making a friend here, and he's nice too." Pink thought

"Really? Funny you mention that. I've been traveling quite a bit these past few years as well. Usually due to family and business. I just back here three years ago, while being homeschooled for the most part."

 

Orion was a little surprised to know that he wasn't the only busy traveler around here.

 

"It's good thing English has always been an easy subject for me. And sure, I'll be glad to." Orion gladly responded as they then made their way down the halls.

 

"So what was it like in Fillydelphia?"

Pink was surprised that she wasn't the only one who has gone to other places here.

 

"Wow, um that's really cool. Oh and English is a pretty easy subject for me too. I love reading and stuff like that."

 

"Well Fillydelphia was okay, but I guess I kind of missed home after being away for so long. I missed my family. So what about you? Was being homeschooled fun?"

(well everypony first period is nearly over and classes will be let out soon and then passing period will start, then after passing period will be second period and the characters will go to a different class and then passing period, then 3rd period then passing period and then they would go to lunch, so characters can have 7-8 periods for school)

Game sat with his head on his desk. He just couldn't shake off missing Twilight. He had hopped that meeting new people would fix that. Unfortunately this was the opposite. He sighed and looked at the clock. Not too much longer. He thought. He then sat up a little and pulled his drawing pad with his magic and laid it on his desk. He opened it to the page he had drawn a picture of him, Twilight, and Cadence where standing as if it was a picture he had taken. He had a faint smile. He noticed a familiar  colored pony a few seats in front of him.

 

"Orion?" He said quietly.

 

He knew Orion wouldn't be able to hear him, witch is what he wanted because he didn't want the teacher to hear him. But he had to get his attention some how.

With his magic, game wooded up a plank piece of paper from a different note pad. He lifted when the teacher wasn't looking and tossed it at Orion's head.

Oh it's alright. You have pretty good taste. I myself mostly enjoy science fiction, adventure and definitely some mysteries from time to time. Pink giggled as she saw how much she and Orion had in common so far. This was a great thing when it comes to making new friends.

 

That sounds pretty awful that you were just stuck inside. I can't imagine being like that. I'm the type of pony that needs the great outdoors to live, well sort of. I don't mind being at home and reading but I definitely enjoy being outside better.

Eventually, by memorizing the room number of the English class they were supposed to be in, they made to the door and the two ponies made their way inside.

 

"I'm so so sorry teacher. Got sidetracked. I promise, this won't ever happen again."

 

Orion then took a seat at a nearby open desk.

Well that's actually exactly what I feel about traveling. It really just makes me feel free. I feel that I don't belong here in Canterlot, and my family has made that obvious for me. But I guess when I travel I'm just trying to look for somewhere I belong.

He didn't want to sound mean to the guy, but being late for the first ever time, as well as being disturbed during class wasn't exactly in his favor or mood at the moment.

Game smiled but he also seen the frustration in Orion's face so he was going to make it quick. Game was about to say hi to the Stallion looking at him, when his smile faded and his ears dropped down, and he winced a little. He then pointed behind Orion. He the sunk into his chair and stayed quiet.
