Well, just curious because the MLP:FiM wiki says that he was a background pony in Canterlot wedding... i want to see more of him in Season 4 with Screwball.....

So your answer would be no, as if there's a single appearance that is that short and concealed i seriously doubt there is any use for making him reappear at a later date. He's not Lyra or something to that effect he's just a short background pony for his .5 seconds of fame.
