planning The First Annual Equestrian Hunger Games

Welcome! The Griffon Kingdom has recently instilled a new pageant called the hunger games to punish the rebels of equestria for trying to overcome the griffons during their take over. A pony between the ages of 12-18 will be picked at random to compete against each other from each city. one boy and one girl.

This RP is still a work in progress, but it will not be working the same way. Your character is always at deaths door, as this RP is largely based on chance, not skill. Step into the wrong part of the forest and a flurry of beasts can attack you without warning. Your character, no matter how skilled, can die.

Rules:
-No OP characters
-All natural deaths will be random, and they will happen
-If you die too early, no fear! I hope to continue this and go through several hunger games
-You can kill other ponies, that is the point after all
-Please don't be over the top. If someone shoots you with an arrow silently, with no warning, you are dead. Similarly, you cannot shoot a pony from 1000 feet away and hit 10 tributes in a row
-There will only be one victor, but as I said Earlier, I hope to continue other hunger games that your welcome to participate in again.
-I will be picking another thread leader, as I want to keep this going as long as possible
-Ponies only please, No alicorns
- you may have up to 2 characters

I like the idea,maybe it would be easier if you could approve of the death,for it to be more organized. For example,if someone got something severe,like a knife to the head,then they die. But if they get something like an arrow to the knee,less severe,they could still have a (very) slim chance to live. I was actually thinking about maying a new oc,so i'll see when she's done.

There will certainly be realistic deaths, but the thing is, most people will make it so they can't die or they can kill peole really easily, I'm just trying to find a way to avoid this altogether. Something like a minor injury would need medicine or you would die, where as someone who was shot in the head would be dead. I just hope people can make it realistic.

 

I'm going to try and incorporate a sponsor system or karma system or something along those lines as well

The Hunger Games, great movie, even better book, so I'm told anyway, haven't gotten around to actually reading it, but I plan to.
