When You Wish Upon an Alcoholic Beverage

Two new OC's. First one is Wishing Star and the green one is Sublime Sun. Mares now instead of stallions, even if Wishing Star is sporting a bit of a fur beard. Though she thinks it's awesome and adds a little something.

 

Sublime Sun, gorgeous and I love brown/green color combinations. I used the kiwi fruit as inspiration for her.

Wow! Let me just say... you have an awesome style and, I don't just mean the body type but, the coloration as well, seriously these are awesome!

 

Some of the best pony art I have ever seen!

Normally, Im into the whole OC thing but, how can you not get an appreciation for both the thought and, detail that went into each of them!?

Wishing Star

Gorgeous design, though the mane  pushes the horn a bit far to the back, maybe put it "in the middle" of the mane.

 

 

 

Sublime Sun

The coloursheme works suprisingly well, but the mane seems... a bit too busy to me...

Regarding Wishing Star; Yes I absolutely see what you mean. She was meant to be a unicorn but I forgot the horn during linearting to I added it after everything else was done. I agree it looks a bit off, I'll try to remember the dratted unicorn horns while drawing in the future !

 

Regarding Sublime Sun; Many colorschemes can work if you make them work. Sad to hear you do not agree upon her mane, I love it as is but in this case it is a matter of taste, is it not ?

Style is pretty sweet.  Cool as show accurate can be, I like when people step outside those boundaries to make interesting styles like this.  Well done.

Thank you kindly! I'm not really trying to be unique in style, I'm just drawing how I would normally do. When drawing equines my first reaction is not the FiM style despite how lovely it is.
