"Thanks, im Baron by the way, Baron Strife." Baron got up from the table and walked to go find out where his room was. He decided to look at his schedule to figure out if there was a room that was for him spefically. He didnt see one so he just looked for the first empty room.

Shadow laughed slightly, and sighed. "To be honest, it wasn't that hard. I just had to keep him out of trouble. As for his age, he's about ten years old, which I guess is young adulthood for a dragon." She said. "I wonder how Tempest found his dragon." She thought to herself.

Ludving Von Bonecrusher had found a room to call his own and was quite pleased with it, it contained all the essentials one would have and his even seemed to have some sort of old style weights; in a shape of a type that he knew as dumbbells. He walked inside the moderately sized room and sat on the bed, feeling the warm covers and sturdy mattress made him think of when he was still in Germany. "Ah, good times..." Lessons where going to start soon so he thought he would get some sleep, so he turned, laid down on the bed and fell asleep.

Thunder Dash decided to look for his room. He went searching until he found a room slightly larger than the one next to him. behind the room was a large window, which was large enough for Shock to peep his head thought. Shock walked to the back and plumped himself down. It had gotten pretty late and training was gonna start tomorrow  Thunder Dash knew he would easily ace training, since he had Shock ever since he was a little boy.

Tempest was brought out of his musings, when he noticed the headmaster of the academy in front of him. The man was about six feet tall with greying hair. "Headmaster Xena, what a pleasant surprise." He said.

 

Xena smiled slightly, and nodded. "It's good to see you to, Tempest. I have a job for you to do, after the meeting today. You will find five bags of dragon eggs, and three bags of ...dragon droppings in the academy's resource department. You will deliver the fertilizer to Luminos, and the eggs to Whitestone. I suggest you bring a partner to help transport the materials." He said, before the faint sound of a bell rang through the academy. "That's my cue." The headmaster then walked towards the cafeteria.

 

Tempest sighed, and shrugged, before entering the cafeteria through a different entrance. He could see several other dragon riders already starting to congregate, while he stayed at the back of the room.

After finding an Empty room Baron decided to head back to the Cafeteria. It seemed to be the place where most of the dragon tiders would meet. so he figured why not go with the flow right? He grabbed the stuff he always carried with him and began walking back.

After about a 5 minute nap, Ludving Von Bonecrusher awoke, got out of bed and grabbed his sledge-hammer from his bed side; strapping it to his back and feeling the extra weight added to his being.  Looking at the clock in his room he noticed classes would start in, what he guessed, about 10 minutes; of course it was a rough estimate but he didn't know the actual time they would begin.  He opened his door, walked out of the room and into the hall, his hiking-boots causing his foot steps to make a thunderous noise as he strode the academy halls.  He took a turn and entered the cafeteria, seeing many other dragon riders mingling among one another, when he saw the figure of a man, simply standing at the back of the cafeteria; why he had no clue.  Mr. Bonecrusher hadn't had a good conversation since his meet with Baron, so he decided to talk to the man in the back of the pack, he strode up towards him, leaned his shoulder against the wall and spoke, "Hello.  And who might you be?"

Tempest glanced at Ludving, and smirked. "I believe we met when you first came here. I may have not introduced myself, thought. You can just call me Tempest." He said. "Anyway, what brings you to this academy?"

 

Dark sighed as she stood up and stretched. She then flew into the air and simply daydreamed as she flew above the clouds.

Baron entered the cafeteria and looked for a place to sit or stand. he preferred to sit by someone he know but the only people he knew so far were Thunder and Ludving. he believed he knew Ludving the best so he decided to look for him. as Baron was scanning the crowds of dragon riders he noticed Ludving by the wall talking to another rider. baron walked over to Ludving and the other rider to talk to Ludving again. "hey Ludving, I managed to get something to eat and find my room. what have you been up to? and who's this?" Baron said now turning to the unknown rider.

Tempest glanced at Baron, and shrugged. "My name is Tempest." He said. "I'm one of the more experienced students when it comes to how this academy works. So, who are you?" The young man noticed that he had never seen the student before, so he assumed that he was a one of the new riders.

Shadow had returned to her room after her conversation with Ravek, and noticed that the other dragon riders were meeting in the cafeteria. "I wonder what's going on." She thought, as she walked in. The young woman noticed Tempest, along with two other dragon riders. "Hey, Tempest." She said, as she walked up to said riders.

"Hallo nochmal (hello again), Baron."  Said the German giant to his friend, and then he saw yet another rider walk towards this group, saying hi to Tempest as she did.  "Well look at that, aren't you the popular one, Tempest?  he whispered in Tempest's ear, he then looked up and faced the newcomer, saying "And who do I have the gratitude of meeting?"

Shadow smirked slightly, and glanced at Luwing. "You can just call me Shadiw." She said. The young woman then shrugged. "My dragon is Orion, and he's probably in one of the caves of the mountains around the academy. So, who are you?"

 

Orion groaned as he woke up and sat on the outcropping in front of his cave. "I could get used to this." He thought. "I can't remember a time where I slept so peacefully."

Baron greeted this new young woman who appeared in front of him. "well if you heard Ludving say hello to me you already know my name is Baron, Baron Strife. my dragons name is Zercrux." baron said trying to sound as friendly and inviting as possible. Baron was feel excited to meet all these new people.

Tempest blushed slightly at what Ludwing said, and hoped that no one would noticed. He then glanced at Shadow, and smiled. "It's good to see you again, Shadow." He said,before turning his attention to Baron. "It's. good to meet you. Aren't you one of the newer students?"

"yeah I am, this is my first year here. nice to meet you Baron said holding out his metal hand for a handshake." he felt comfortable about his arm now. even if some people were surprised by his arm he wasn't worried or nervous about peoples' reactions. he wanted to go for a shock and awe introduction.

Tempest nodded slightly, and shook Baron's hand. He honestly wasn't surprised that Baron had a metal hand. He had seen a lot of strange things before he came to the academy. "So, what happened to your arm, if you don't mind e asking." He said, smiling slightly.

"Oh, my dragon did that, he wasnt thinking clearly and he really didnt know me that well at the time. He felt bad about crushing my arm so in return he gave me these." Baron never made true eye contact with someone because of his eyes but he felt safe here. He looked at Tempest in the eye and showed him his Dragon eyes. a Brilliant Green with a small black slit down the middle like a snake's eye. "They let me see in the dark and a couple other things. its pretty cool. Even though it came at a heavy price." He said rubbing his metal arm.

Shadow noticed Baron's eyes, and was slightly surprised. "That's amazing." She thought to herself. The young woman then glanced at Tempest. "Speaking of dragons, how did you meet Dark, Tempest?" She asked. "I think we've all given our own story, aside from you."

Tempest glanced at Shadow, and his mood instantly changed. "I... I don't exactly talk about my past." He said, slightly nervous. The young man then tried to change the subject. "Anyway, I'm going on a quest after this, and I would appreciate it if you could accompany me, Shadow."

Ludving Von Bonecrusher just nodded his head, he wasn't paying attention to the others, now he was just glancing around the cafeteria; not dozing off but just watching everyone go about their business.  Glancing around the place, a thought came to his mind; 'When will things get started around here, like the classes and everything else?'  so he decided to just go ahead and ask.  "If you do not mind me asking, vhen vill ze classes start?"

"Yeah I was wondering about that too. I want to do something cause I'm kind of getting bored and I'M sure Zercrux is too." as Baron was saying that Zercrux was laying in the empty cave he found just scratching at the ground counting the minutes until Baron needed him. Zercrux hated waiting.

Tempest glanced at Ludwing and Baron. "They're probably just waitingForTeacher aloof the dragon riders to enter." He said.

 

Xena then stood up from the administrator table, and tapped a spoon to his glass."If I could have all of your attention, for just a moment. I have noticed the exponential increase in the number if dragon riders, and dragons since I opened this academy. I would like to thank all of you for making this possible. As a reward, your classes will not start until tomorow. You will still get your schedule, though." He said. "Now, have fun." With that, Xena left the cafeteria.

 

Tempest sighed, and got his schedule at one of the tables near the cafeteria's doors. "Dark, time to go." He said, through telepathy.

 

Dark nodded and flew back to her cave. "I'll be waiting." She said.

Shadow shrugged and received her schedule, before following Tempest. "Orion, we're heading out with Tempest and his dragon. Be ready for along flight."

 

Orion groaned as he stood up, and flew to Dark's cave. "This had better be worth it." He thought to himself.

Ravek sighed out quickly in relief, she had wanted to enjoy her meal and maybe sleep a little after a pretty long journey. And at least the other riders got a day off now. 

She left her table and her meal to go grab her schedule, all the while Creature watched through her eyes. Not that uncommon for rider and dragon to do this when they had too, but the link she had with creature was very strong, even sharing some of her skills. 

Ravek got over back to her table and studied her paper, creature reading as well.
