It was daytime in Equestria when suddenly, a strange pony in a metal mask and green hood came from a portal. "Where am I?" Doctor Doom asked himself. He felt strange. Doom looked at his hands...or his hoofs! "What the heck?!" Doctor Doom said. He saw ponies. He walked over. "Where am I?" Doom asked the ponies."Your in Canterlot..." the pony said. Doctor Doom thought about something for a minute. "I could take over this land and enslave their ponies! This universe could be mine!" he thought. Doctor Doom laughed. 

 

Meanwhile, Black Widow was with everyone else. Captain America had assembled all the heroes to get the villains. "I wonder where they are..." Black Widow thought.

"Ugh! I Can not BELIEVE this" Medusa yells in anger, "Now the entire universe as we know it will be doomed, all because we let them get away!"

 

"..." Black Bolt motions to Medusa.

 

"He says the machine has been damaged. What exactly happened?" She looks over at the IDTD(Inter-dimensional Transport Device), with Cap's shield embedded in it.

Spider-Man was listening to Medusa from a wall. "Oh, calm yourself." Said Spider-Man. "This whatchamacallit can get us to the villains. I think." Said Spider-Man, jumping down from the wall he was claiming on. "It'll all work out. At least, that's the plan." Said Spider-Man, looking at the IDTD. He turned to Captain America. "Where, exactly, is this gonna take us?" He asked.

The captain looked ahead with uncertainty. With everything that was announced of this extremely powerful machine, he had a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach that things weren't gonna be to swell. "No clue," he commented gravely to a curious Peter, "But whatever happens, I need you to be on close guard... all of you," he pointed to his teammates, "Who knows what lies on the other side of that veil." And with one last comment, he lifted his foot first, and Natasha, Peter, and the remaining team members followed behind and stepped through the white swirls surfacing on the floor.

Omega Red had followed Dr Doom at first, cuz Dr Doom had promised him a certain artifact which would make him completely invincible. This was the Carbonadium Synthesizer and it would permanently counteract the way his body was poisoned by the Carbonadium. Omega Red wouldn't have agreed to work for Dr Doom otherwise. He only did so cuz it suited him to do so at the time. Now, in this new world, he was beginning to have second thoughts when he looked at his new body and saw that he had changed into a pony. Omega Red's armour still remained, and so did the tentacles; something he found out simply by shooting one out from a forehoof and wrapping around a nearby pony to drain their lifeforce. This wasn't something he did simply out of cruelty; Omega Red needed to drain lifeforce to keep himself alive. Well, at least til Dr Doom produced the artifact he had promised.

X-23 had responded to Captain America's call for help. She did not usually work alongside others, save Wolverine from whom she was cloned from, but this was an emergency. X-23 was a clone of Wolverine. She had all the powers he had, along with two adamantium claws that protruded from the back of each hand, and a single claw from each foot. X-23's real name was Laura, but she rarely permitted anyone to use that name. When the portal was opened, she set her teeth and followed Captain America thru it, every sense tingling as she did so. What would await them on the other side?

"This will get weird." Said Spider-Man, looking at the portal. But curious, nonetheless, Spider-Man used his web to swing, and might I add, quite dynamically, into the portal, anticipating what would await him and his comrades on the other side if this strange otherworldly portal.

"What do you mean, Let's Go! You don't just follow your friends right off the edge of a cliff!" Medusa says, feeling quite concerned, as Black Bolt heads toward the flashing portal. 

 

He looks into her eyes, as if peering into the depths of her concience.

 

Medusa gives in.

"Well I guess we can't just stand here while our friends battle a madman in who-knows-where who plans to take over all of the nine realms, now can we"

 

They hold hands and slowly walk into the unknown. Together.

Moon Knight had remained silent through most of this endeavor. He hadn't had much of an opinion other than wanting Doom to be caught. He looked curiously at the portal and watched all the other Heroes step through it. He carefully stepped in after them, praying he didn't end up in some wierd world.

Johnny Blaze walked up to the portal with only one question, "Why am I even here?" He has no idea who this 'Doom' person is and how this even concerns him, but nonetheless he willingly answered the call for aid. With a calming breath he steps through the portal.

Natasha followed everybody with curiosity. She had her gun loaded. She hoped the world wasn't taken over by the villains already. "What is this world anyway?" she thought as she continued to walk towards the portal. Before she entered the portal she breathed in and out.

Cap blinked a few times, and once regaining sight after some blurry, shiny aftermath of the portal transportation, he looked around to find a very still, very peaceful forest in what seemed to be an old-oak ridden canyon surrounded by snowy peaks. Thinking about keeping guard around this possible hostile new realm, he reached for his shield with his right han-

 

'Huh, how peculiar. I can't seem to lift my hands,' he thought. Then he glanced down at the ground and saw many exotic flowers growing and white hooves-

 

"What in the world-" as he neared farther away from the peculiar hooves, the hooves moved backwards with him. 

 

"No-no-no, this isn't right, this isn't right!" He touched his new muzzle, and examined his new equine coat and features a little more. His suit had stayed intact at least along with his shield strapped to his back; they too had had transformed in the process. This odd behavior, unfortunately, received strange glances with his teammates as they stared at their quite different-looking leader.

Johnny left the portal with the feeling that he was going to hurl. He shook as much away and looked to his new surroundings. Sure enough, this place was too bright for his taste. He attempted to stand but fell back down onto his back. he looked and saw that he no longer had hands and feet, but instead had hooves, "Son of a-" he said as he face palmed...er face hoofed.

X-23 jumped back as she found herself standing behind several ponies, all however looking enough like her teammates for her to be able to recognise them. She looked down at herself and found that she was also a pony, with hooves instead of hands. Had her claws vanished along with her human features? X-23 saw with relief that wasn't true; out of each forehoof, two claws shot out and one claw out of each hindhoof, too.

 

As a pony, X-23 was light grey, with a black mane and tail. She looked at the others in her team in amzement. Just where on Earth were they

Godzilla let out a bellow as he tramped towards some machine. It was making odd noises and they were interrupting his nap! Godzilla put his foot on it, but instead of breaking, he passed through it and fell with a crash. Godzilla got up, snarling angrily as he shook off some rubble. Godzilla noticed he was in some city with weird creatures in it. Godzilla let out his trademark scream before going to burn down the city, after all, they were close to the machine, they had to be the cause of it

Spider-Man stepped from the portal. "Whew, that was a doozy. Now, what seems to be the pro-" Spider-Man was cut off by his hands, which had changed into a pony's hoof. "Whoa. In all my years of science I've never seen anything like this..." Admired Spider-Man, astonished that his costume changed with him. He checked to see if all his powers remained with him, and they did. "Well, what now?" He asked himself.

Godzilla's back-spines lit up with nuclear energy before he released it as a huge blast of energy from his mouth, obliterating several buildings. Godzilla then charged up his entire body with nuclear energy before releasing it as a nuclear pulse, flattening all the buildings next to him. Satisfied with the destruction, Godzilla knelt down to sleep

Natasha stepped out and looked down. She saw white hoofs. "We're all ponies?" Natasha said. Her costume was changed too as well as her body. She still had her gun on her belt. Natasha saw that everybody transformed into ponies. "Where are we?" she asked.

 

Meanwhile, Doctor Doom was setting up his hypnotic device. He was planning to hypnotize all the ponies in Equestria! "This world will be mine!" he said laughing maniacally as he continued to set up his device.

 

Electra suddenly found a portal. "Where the heck does this go to?" she thought. She jumped in.

Eddie Brock was wandering around when he saw a flash of white. "Hmmm... What's that?" Asked Eddie, looking at it. He saw Spider-Man enter it. He scowled. "That spider... I swear he'll pay, and to make sure... I'll follow him..." Said Eddie, running to the portal. He hopped in, materialized, and ran to hide before realizing he was a pony. He wasn't fazed, however. He kept in hiding, plotting.

((OOC: I'm doing this to incorporate Venom in later.))

Meanwhile in Ponyville,(where the heroes are nearby) the Hood was also setting up his device, as should all of Doom's allies be doing per order of Victor Van Doom himself. He awaits Doom's command to set off the device.

 

"Oh great, PONIES! Is this Doom's doing?" Medusa yells in frustration. ((OOC. When do we start calling them by their pony names?))

 

"..."    

 

"Yeah I guess you are right." Medusa says looking at Black Bolt. "That doesn't seem much like Doom. But why did this happen and is Doom in the same predicament as we are?" She ponders.

Godzilla tossed and turned but he couldn't sleep. Roaring in sleep-deprived fury, the titan headed towards Ponyville for a midnight romp. It saw some ponies arguing at a pitch that made his ears hurt. Godzilla roared at Black Bolt and Medusa in rage before charging

"I shall call myself Doctor Disharmony!" Doom exclaimed. He laughed again. "Everypony! Set the devices off!" Doctor Disharmony said. 

 

Natasha held her gun ready to shoot the big monster. "What is this thing?" she thought calmly. 

 

Electra entered and saw everyone as ponies and Godzilla. "What the heck?!" she thought. She snuck by everyone and noticed she was a pony too.

Godzilla let out a roar of anger and charged. Despite his bulk, the creature was deceptively agile and while not fast to other kaiju, his strides meant that to a pony, he was fairly fast. Godzilla could feel the radiation seeping off of them, they must have been around some other radioactive creature, one that could become a rival. Allies of his rivals would be dangerous and squashing them quick would be prudent

((OOC: Venom will be in his black suit state. Anti-Venom is more of a hero than a villain in my honest opinion, other than the fact that he and spider don't get along too well. Venom won't arrive until Spider-Man uses the black suit.))

Spider-Man thought for a moment before coming with a name suitable for his new state. "I am... Spider-Colt..." Said Spider-Man.

Moon Knight looked around at his allies who were now ponies and shrugged. It made no difference as long as Doom and his allies were out there. He then saw Godzilla and used his jump and truncheon to swing his way up the monster and stab it in the eye with his claws.

Godzilla screamed in pain and staggered back, clutching his eye. 

"HISRORG!" Godzilla screeched, letting out the worst kaiju curses imaginable as his eye grew back. They would pay for this! After his eye had regenerated, Godzilla's plates glowed blue and he unleashed nuclear hell-fire from his maw in the direction the attack had come from
