One of my irl friends today sent me this picture which is displayed in the middle of my screen

 

So ok I know about genesis emulation and all. But everything in this sonic 1 screen select looks nothing even close to photoshoped. And seems to be a extremely wierd attempt at a legit sonic 1 emulation of a sonic.exe hack. Never heard of a sonic.exe rom hack... but wow that face... Im going to have nightmares and have a talkwith my friend and where he got this crap xD...

I saw this before..

 

I'm not sure if this was an actual game though, i believe its a rom, but it might actually be real, i forget i know i heard about it though.

 

Its kinda weird and freaky for sure... 

 

I'm not into creepypasta anyways.
