I was in science class, got done with my assignment super early, and decided to draw this. I know the front leg looks strange, I wasn't sure what to do with it...

Looks very neat

The only thing that bothers me are the legs -like you already said -

And how it doesn't have a mouth or nose, unless it's not suppose to

It looks good except for the front legs xD personally my favorite thing about it is the tail :3 looks so cool lol I kinda wish they would add a ghost eevee

For some reason legs really give me trouble... I also haven't drawn a pokemon in forever, so I'm a bit rusty.

Looks awesome! I assume it would be Ghost type seeing the name, no? Certainly looks better than any Eeveelutions concepts I've come up with lol, maybe I should show those sometime... anyway, nice job!

Being a huge eeveelution fan and eevee fan in general i love it just by the concept.

 

However the art is also quite good, the only thing that really bothers me is the legs again. maybe the legs should just be ghostly fire instead of actual legs aswell, i dunno. the legs do look akward though.

 

overall good regardless.
