Gareth swam after her. He was glad that she was swimming slowly. That way he can keep up. "This is definitely a whole new experience for me. I've never been able to breathe underwater, except with a spell. But even then the spell doesn't last very long. How long have you been going to this pirate ship?" Gareth asked. He told her that he couldn't breathe underwater for long even with a spell. 'I hope she doesn't think that I'm weak.' Gareth thought to himself.

Devilinx sighed and paced around the room. "What are ya thinking Devilinx?" Angelinx asked her. Whenever Devilinx paced around like that she knew that Devilinx was thinking up of something. "Ah'm going to regret doing this. Ah just know it." With a sigh Devilinx opened up a connection to Leif. It was a fair distance but Devilinx had managed with tougher ranges. "Leif. Please listen. Ya know that Ah hate asking for help but Minx needs it. She may not know it but she does. Let me talk. Sorry. Leif, Minx is in her cabin if ya want tah comfort her. Your worry was so strong Ah could sense it from in Minx's head." Devilinx closed the connection and they both sadly looked at each other.

Gareth had started to feel a tiny bit of pressure as they descended into the water but otherwise he felt fine. "I'm good. Waterfall, don't worry." Gareth lied. He hated to do that but he really wanted to see the pirate ship with Waterfall.

 

'Do ya think he heard? Ah hope so. Minx is in a bad way.'

Snowstorm continued to kiss Grell deeply as she hugged him tightly. The love was all she could think about. But soon, they would have to break out of the kiss to breathe, and the time came. She broke out of the kiss, panting for breath. As she had finally established a good breathing pattern, she smiled. "I'm starting... To get tired now," she said as she yawned. "Can we go to sleep soon?"

 

Speed Boost sat up in the bed in the infirmary, finally regaining consciousness. He wondered what had happened for a bit before suddenly remembering. "Blast," he said, annoyed. But it had been a fair bet. He sighed and flew out of the infirmary, into the moonlight, and then went back to his cabin and fell asleep.

Snowstorm smiled and took hold of Grell's hoof. They started trotting back to... "Wait. Where are we going to sleep? You only have that one coffin in your cabin." But she could always get something from her cabin. Right? She didn't know if it would work, however.

Snowstorm thought for a few moments. "If it were soft and cold, I could sleep in it just fine," she said. And we all know that the coffin is, in fact, soft. "Other than that I wouldn't see anything wrong with it." Death clearly did not scare Snowstorm, as can now be seen.

Snowstorm thanked Grell and trotted in. She kept the door open for Grell and then closed it after him. She yawned again, and started trotting toward the stairs to go up them. She started climbing up them tiredly and found her way to the room with the coffin. "And then suddenly... The tiredness takes over..." she said slowly. "I'm glad we got here in time."
