Is there a brower game (Because my video card playing up)

 

Where it's based in space and you have a planet and you can conquer other planets for resources but you can also conquer of players planets and have there planet as an other base

 

and you can build clans

 

and you can see the fight (If not then thats fine) 

 

It would be like battlespace but you can conquer players planets and have them as your base

 

Is there a game like that?

Not that I know of no. But something a bit like that would be the total war series. Basically you can do all of those things except not in space. And its cities instead of planets. But the map is a limited size and the newer total war games are pretty expensive.

Either EVE Online or Ogame, which is a browser game that's pretty similar to what you've described.
