skylights 127 November 30, 2013 Share November 30, 2013 Usually they're just a a picture someone makes using Photoshop or GIMP or something else. You take an image sized about 100x500 pixels (give or take), and make it look pretty. Then put it on the net and use it in your signature block through your control panel.
