Cadence and Shining armor looked to the metallic dog, confused at what they were seeing.

"Uh, Critic. This wine. There aren't any hallucinogenic effects to it, are there?"

"No."

"Oh. Okay then. Its a pleasure to meet you as well... talking metal dog."

Critic and Pinkie looked at the dog. Critic admiring his new look. And Pinkie... pretty much the fact the metal dog is okay.

I heard you repeating the words chug?  Chug: definition: To drink alcoholic beverages without passing for an extended period of time, what is the point of this?" Wolfy asked

Steel had followed not paying attention as he admired the blades -such amazing work and so sharp-steel thought he sat my wolfy "to get hopelessly drunk for fun honestly I don't see why Anypony would want to purposefully reduce their coronation and reaction time" steel said

"It seems illogical, alcohol contains traces of poisons, at the rate your digesting 10 more glades could put you in a permanent coma"

"That's enough Wolfy, just go with it, they do it to make them happy, it's hard to explain, only humans could really understand"

"Good luck Wolfy, By the way Critical I wanted to ask if you had anything on Applejacks location"

"I don't have any way to find her yet. If I had her necklace, or a clip of DNA, finding her should be relatively simple. Until then, we will have to wait until we get a note or something. Unless one of you found one of their necklaces, then we can go find them immediately."

"Oh no, I didn't build it. I found her. Or, rather she found me. And since you did find Applejack's necklace, I can begin searching for her immediately."

Critical got up from his seat. Pinkie was looking a bit buzzed, while Cadence and Shining were fine. Apparently alien alcohol doesn't have an effect on them.

"Well, I think its time for us to go. It was nice talking to you again, Critic. I hope your journey goes well."
"Grazie Mi Amore Cadenza. I wish you and your husband a good day."
With that, the two royals took their leave.

"So, shall we search for miss Applejack?"

"Applejack, earth pony, known birth place, sweet apple acres, Ponyville, known relatives, Applebloom, BigMacintosh, Granny Smith, Apple tart, Apple fritter...."

"Stop there, you could go on and on about known relatives if Applejack, and yes begin search please"

Critical got the necklace and brought it to the console room. Wolfy and Blaze following suit.

"Okay, if I can get a energy resonance with Applejack and the necklace, I should be able to find out where she is. It shouldn't take long."

Critical looked to the monitor, awaiting the tardis to find Applejacks location. A few seconds later, and Pinkie came stumbling back in. Making her way to Critic. She reached him and embraced him, a drunken smile on her face.

"I luv yoo Crishical. Y-You are a goodsh frand,"
"Uh, thanks Pinkie. Nut, I need so-"
"No, no. I mean it, you are amashing."

"You're drunk."
"Your sexy."

Critical rolled his eyes at her intoxicated words. This is the last time Critical gives her alien beverages. Alcohol or not.

"No, I'll clear her mind after we locate Applejack. And please don't call me captain. Critic will do fine."
Pinkie began to nuzzle Critic's mane. Enjoying his odd smell. It wasn't distracting though. Suddenly, there was a ding on the controls.

"Found her."

Critical began to get a better grasp of her location. She was apparently in... tartarus itself.

"Huh. Tartarus. Odd location, but should be easy."

Critical began to flip some switches and the wheezing started up once more. They were traveling throight the time vortex straight to the location. However, their was a huge shake and the group fell to the ground. All except Wolfy. Critical awoke to find Pinkie on him.

"Critic, I didn't know you cared."

Critical pushed her off and brought them both back to their hooves.

"Okay, apparently, we cant enter tartarus itself. So, I'll just bring us as close as possible."

Critical showed the group the cave entrance.

"Unfortunately, I will not be joining you on this one. Physical battle are not my thing when they are in large numbers. I'm an explorer, not a warrior. But, that doesn't mean I won't be helping you."

"I don't think I'll be in too much trouble with Steel and Wolfy, I should be just fine week follow the river Styx and head to where the bracelet shows us"

Critical was about to give the group some assistance for better finding Applejack, and some comunication devices. Oh well. They are trained warriors, they didn't need Critical, they'd be fine on their own. Now it was just Critic and the tardis... and an intoxicated Pinkie.

"Hey, big guy."

"Oh crimeny, I forgot about you."

 

(I feel bad for making drunk Pinkie like this, yet I still find it funny. It's shamefully hilarious.)

Steel followed "don't follow the river Styx follow me I'm the resident expert on Tartarus" steel said as he walked with them he took the locater "this way don't touch the water you'll die " steel warned as he flew over the water avoiding gits deadly touch

Critical went to the lab to fetch an elixir to fix Pinkies poisoned mind. However, to his disbelief, there wasn't even a drop left.

"But, I just got a new batch a few days ago how cou-"
Then it hit him. Cadence and Shining left looking like they were pretty on top of things. Like not a single drop of alcohol had touched their tongues.

"But, how did they fi-"
There was a light humming. Critical turned around to see Pinkie. Who had just escaped from her bound seat in the console room.

"Like I haven't played that game before, Critic."
"Oh balls, why didn't I go with the other's. Look, Pinkie. Youre not thinking straight. You could alert the others."
"Twilight is in your library, Fluttershy is in grove, Rainbow and Slipstream are in the training room, and Pinkie is in your bed."
"How did she get into my-"
Realization hit Critic like a shovel. After a few second, Critical bolted out of the lab.

Wolfy walked into the room, Pinkie walking slowly towards Critical,

"What is happening here?" Wolfy asked as he walked around Pinkie and Critical

"Blaze forgot his sword Clarent and he asked me to fetch it, humerus correct? Then I walked in on this, my memory computes with the movements, seduction perhaps?"

Critic and Pinkie looked to Wolfy who had come back. Pinkie had a bit of a surprised look on her face. 'By the elder gods I've been saved.'

"Wol-"

Pinkie interrupted him. and held a hoof to his mouth.

"You see Wolfy, Critic and I are playing a game. I wou *Hic*, excuse me, would ask you to join, but its only two player and you have things to do." 

Wolfy looked around the console room, he found his quarry and retrieved the sword. Pinkie on the other hand was turned to find that Critic was no longer there.
