The Wendigo turned his attention to Steel. Yes, he had almost enough hate to be frozen! The ghostly creature shoulder-checked Critical, causing him to bump into Steel. That should do the trick to bring the undercurrent to the surface so he could feed.

That was odd. I'm not necessarily clumbsy like that. And nothing could trip me from my previous path.

I looked to Steel and Slipstream as they flew off.

"Sorry!"

I tried to aplogize, but I don't think he heard me. Mooneyes and I walked to the castle. All was set, and we need only take position. I saw the front entrance. It was opened but there were guards, four to be exact. Mooneyes was crouching next to me. I gave him the signal to begin. His horn glowed an aura of a kind. I knew that at a distance it may take a while for the devices to receive.

The Wendigo licked it's lips as the hatred flowed through him. Perfect. He'd have to shadow this group for awhile, see how far they got. But for now, he'd stalk Critical and hopefully take some hatred from the guards, then freeze Steel and use Steel as a larder for his pack.

Another minute passed and I heard a loud hiss. I looked to the origin of the sound and saw a bright flash of light and sound. If I didn't know any better id say it was morning time. But there screeching like a banshee in the middle of town was our handy work. I saw two of the guards run off to investigate. There were still two left. Mooneyes and I could sneak by no problem. I motioned for him to come along. We stayed close to the wall not to be noticed. The guards were a little entraced by the light show. Hopefully Steel and Slipstream have gotten in by now.

Mooneyes heart was pounding in his chest. He tried to follow Critical as close as possible, but he still felt rather clumsy. "It's a wonder the guards haven't spotted me yet." He thought.

Still there was that chilling feeling in the background, and it seemed to get stronger around Critical. Was he doing this or was it something else.

We made it inside the castlse. Unnoticed thank fully. Mooneyes and I were hiding behind a wall that was next to the main entrance hall. I steadied my breathing and heart rate and began to survey the main hall while still being hidden. There were two guards at the far end of the room. Guarding a rather worn down door. The rest of the doors looked rather spiffy and fancy. I'm willing to bet that the worn down door leads to the dungeon.

Mooneyes and I made it past the guards. I knocked them uncouncious before either one could react. Mooneyes and I hid the two in a closet and locked the door. They won't be awake for a few hours. Mooneyes and I made our way down into the dungeon. Where we found... Steel and Slipstream?

"Uh, how did you- never mind let's get her out."

(I guess I will when I'm on.)

(Rainbow dash)I was feelin kinda groggy when I noticed the staillion messin with my chains. If he's a guard, I'll take him out and make my way out. He seemed to be sayin something but I could barely make it out.

(Mr. Critical) I surveyed our surounding area. I didn't see any guards as of yet. And no sound of an alarm of anykind. Which means we are still unnoticed.

The Wendigo grinned as it heard the mention of an alarm. Not anymore. The Wendigo manipulated its voice before howling.

"HEY! THE INTRUDERS ARE RESCUING RAINBOW DASH!" the Wendigo yelled, using Mooneyes's voice for the distraction. The ghost continued yelling in Mooneyes's voice, hoping to call in the guards

(Rainbow Dash)'...-cus... nod i-... nderstand' was all I heard him say. He didn't look like any of the guards. At least none of the ones I've sean. And he was out of his armor. Something was up here, I gave him a dizzy nod as if I knew what he was saying.

(Mr. Critical) Mooneyes you idiot! What are you doing. Ugh, I'll deal with him later.

"Guys, I highly suggest getting the buck out of here and make our daring escape."

I could hear guards coming. This was boolocks on the highest of levels.

I looked to Mooneyes and his mouth was indeed not moving. I scanned around and saw nothing. But that feeling was back again with the chill. I steadied my heart rate and breathing yet again and began to scan my suroundings once more. Still nothing, this was obsured.

"You focus on dash, I'll go monitor the halls in case somepony comes along."

This was going to be difficult. Royal guards are no push overs. And my fighting style barely works on fighting armored opponents. But, it must be done.

Steel worked fast and sprang the third lock he nodded but didn't say anything as he set to work on the last lock "she can't fly her wing is broken clean break we'll fix in when we can " steel said as he finished the last lock he picked her up "let's move " steel said as he pulled out a dagger and started to leave

When Mr critical took dash steel pulled out his second dagger he could still feel the chilling presence since he was at her front of the group he allowed one of spawns eyes to take over steels eye turned black with a purple pentagram on it he looked around and using the eye of a demon could see that a wendingo had been close but he lost its trail "it's a wendingo " steel said shifting his eye back just then a guard rounded the corner and charged at steel he flew right at him and then moved to the side and stuck his dagger out cutting him on the side of his neck it sprayed blood and the stallion died steel stopped giving the others time to catch up

(Mr. Critical) oh crimeny, she's heavy. I know earth ponies are stronger but her muscle mass is obsurd for a pegasus. I passed the dead guard. And I tried to find our invisible adversary.

(Rainbow Dash)I managed to make a low groan. Iwas no longer in shackles, and was now on... something soft yet in motion. I tried to open my eyes to see whar it was. All I saw was a lite peach or cream color. What ever it was, was moving fast.

(sorry i'm late do you want me to do Dash now?)

The group had reached the main hall but every doorway was blocked. Slipstream looked around for a way out. "The skylight!" She yelled "I can take her through the skylight! Can you guys handle the guards alone?" Slipstream new she could carry Dash she just didn't know how far or fast she could fly with her, but she knew it was at least a safe distance away from the castle.

((anyone want to control a guard or two if not ill control them))

(You can be dash if you want. I was just subbing unless someone else wanted to.)

I gave dash to slipstream.

"Get her out of here, her wing is broken and slightly unconcious.

I could here guards shuffling. This was going to be a battle to remember. I made it to the main hall.

"Everypony prepare yourselves..."

I rmembered a particular line from a film I always wanted to use. I furrowwed my face into one of seriousness and focus. Steadied my heart rate and breathing. Stood on my hind hooves and took my fighting position.

"...today is a good day to die."

The Wendigo let out a call to it's brethren as it fed greedily. So much conflict! It was more food than their race had collected in centuries! Now there was so much conflict that for the first time in forever, the Wendigos formed back into a pack. The Wendigo pack charged, freezing wind following them.
