Worst sequels you ever saw?

I say Cars had a very bad sequel

The first movie was amazing. It had all the nice old cars with a good plot, and a moral about that friends and family comes first

Second movie

Freaking modern time with ninjas and secret agents and stuff

The Sandlot 2 and Grown Ups 2, in the latter's case, we didn't need a terrible sequel to an already terrible movie

Silent Hill Revelations....

 

I thought the first one was actually pretty good, especially for a video game movie. The second one, however, was just terrible. The effects were "okay", but the dialogue was "eh" and the acting was downright horrible to the point where I felt embarrassed for the people watching it with me in the theaters.

I agree with you with the Cars sequel. I mean, I like it old fashioned.

 

Then Titanic 2 (Titanic ||.) I mean, isn't the first movie good enough?

 

Anyway, in my opinions, lots of sequels are really bad, but not all of them.

I agree with titanic, I mean, there was only one, and it sank... How does that make for a sequel?

I was moderately disappointed with iron man 2(3 was ok)

Sometimes they try to stretch a good idea too far, and it kinda ruins it.

The worst sequel I have ever seen would have to be The Secret of Nihm 2. The animation had suffered a downgrade, the characters were weak, and it was terribly inconsistant. I love don bluths work, and Secret of nihm is one of his best films. And seeing it degraded in a way as this makes me kringe.

Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones. I cannot name one scene I genuinely like without complaining about the acting, the dialogue, the special effects, or some combination of the three. I only watch it when a good laugh needs to be had.
