Hello all! Welcome to the first Advanced RP written and developed by BlackShardNixium. Forbidden the Stars is very different from the type of RP I’m partial to. The atmosphere and universe are most similar to my first successful Roleplay: Whisper. The story and theme is inspired by Robert A. Wilson’s Mask of the Illuminati and the movie Now You See Me. As some may already know, this is my first Advanced RP, and something of a test run for things to come. The lyrics above are from the song Take Me Away by Globus.


The Setting:
It had all happened so fast; so unexpectedly. Despite the legions of capable ponies put in place, he got through. The name Glacier Coldspark would live in infamy for what seemed to be all of eternity; the stallion that assassinated Equestria’s beloved Princesses.
It is on the Centennial Memorial Day that our story begins. You aren’t the first to notice. There have been many before you. Nopony can deny that some things just don’t add up! Even if you were just a little bit skeptical, all your doubt begins to fade away the moment you start getting followed; not to mention the bizarre phone calls and threatening messages.
Somepony out there is trying very hard to cover up the truth, and it seems like everypony in charge these days has a secret to hide; a secret engraved in the stars themselves.


Your Character:
This story takes place 100 years after the assassination of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna on the memorial day of their deaths. It begins with each player receiving a piece of parchment with a location scribbled onto the front: SilverCord Tea and Fortune Shop and instructions to meet there at 4:30 the next afternoon.
On a whim, you decide to go. Once there you are ushered into a private room in the back where Serville, the owner of the shop, offers to read your fortune. Afterwards, it is up to you to navigate through the rest of the story. Serville will appear often and act as a guide should anyone get stuck or develop writers block.

Oh man, I suspect Moon Crypt will be in pretty bad shape at this point D: That makes me kinda sad, he’s such a great character.

Please pardon the extended absence. My last day of school is tomorrow and not long after that, I'm getting my wisdom teeth out >.< Once Christmas Break has started, I'll pretty uch have nothing else to do BUT MLPForums, so things will pick up in a day or two.
