Chilly found himself in a corner. Food, water? He didn't have neither...made him feel bad to tell her the bad news. He remembered his mom pulling water out of the air....using the condensation of the air. It was weird to him. He then kneeled down "no....I'm sorry I wish I did...maybe we can find something at the castle, that's where I'm heading." He said looking at her current condition. "Can you walk?" Chilly bones smiled and picked her up and opened his wings "well I'm glad I've found another survivor. Theirs two more that I found but they're waiting for me in the everfree forest." He said flying up and heading to the canterlot castle " I ain't losing a pony so let's find some supplies" he said to himself.

"Well...I dunno....I was hoping to find books on spells for other things like planting spells. But I was also looking for supplies....and if Luna or celestia still live" said chilly bones.

 

They soon arrived at the castles doors. He put star struck on his back as he pushed the door open. Then he looked around. He saw piles of Ashe with royal armor in it. "Looks like they suffered a worse fate then us...." He grimaced as he looked away. Before searching the halls. "Maybe the royal kitchen has something..."

"Elements of harmony, the only reason why Luna is still Luna and we aren't her slaves, or being under chaos from discord?" He said wiping some of the mud off of him. "But....I do wonder.....are the princesses alive....and is celestia alive? I think to my conclusion the sun came down because she lost control...or died...." He said looking at the moon.

(Sorry ended up stepping away to watch the end of the Blackhawks game)

 

"Huh, I don't pay much attention to the news, maybe I should." The Pegasus seemed miles away though mumbling before yelling and taking off into the air.

 

"Wait..." But he was already gone Wander sighed heavily, "yeah I love reading books but now I have no idea where you just went and I'm stuck here with him..." Embers snorted and Wanderlust froze holding his breath to see if the unicorn had woken up or heard him. The moment passed and the pony was apparently in a deep sleep.

 

'Well I'm not tired I'll pass sometime,' he thought to himself moving just far enough away so he could keep an eye on the sleeping companion. He reached into his saddle bag and pulled out an old and beaten violin, taking a deep breath he pushed away his worries and the world trying to see the beautiful forest as it was and began to play.

 

(Actually I like is one better but it's cello and the character can do a lot more with a violin as he travels haha)

The Crystal Heart.

It had survived, but the ponies that powered it were dead.

Frostheart was trapped in the icy dome and all he could think of were those cheap snow globes in the crystal empires souvenir shop, he was going to be stuck in a lifesized one of his own making, locked away in what should be a child's toy! He'd die here freezing to death from his own magic as he attempted to escape but whatever he did only made the ice stronger.

 

He was starting hyperventilate and on the edge of a break down, all he could do was bang on the walls which made a terrible and loud blunk noise echoing about the shell and scream to what he could only assume was an empty outside world, "PLEASE! PLEASE SOMEPONY, ANYPONY! I don't want to die..." He collapsed against the ice wall tears freezing on his snout and prayed for once in his life his body would give out enough heat to melt ice.

Chilly chuckled from star struck's comment. "Um thanks I guess" he said walking over to wear she pointed to only get up to a door that said "royal kitchen" he then shrugged and pushed the door open. It took some force but he got it open with a loud bang with a fall of a fridge that was placed on the door. The windows and door were barricaded. But why? He didn't want to find out. Ash piles where everywhere. Then he searched through the cabinets to find only 5 bottled water. And some packaged fruit that where protected in the fridge. Not old, and on top of that he found a cereal box. Full of cereal, untouched. He then stuffed it all in his sattlebags. He then put star struck down gently to give her some water, and a apple. "Here, these should do" he said trying to be as helpful as possible. He then opened the bottle of water and held it to her mouth trying to help her drink it. Edited January 6, 2014 by Thepumpkinking

Chilly bones shrugged "well it's the least I could do with the twisted world we now live in" he shrugged trying to act modest. In reality, helping others, was natural for him. "And for where I'm going....i might try and find some spell books then some supplies, like bandages or something" chilly spoke "you can tag along if you want, I don't mind"

"That works" said the blue Pegasus. "Let's meet up once we're done I suppose, meet me in the main halls" he said before trotting off "don't get lost!" He called back before searching the many rooms that had been there.

 

A bandage roll, hydrochloride, and a dagger was all chilly could find. Nothing much, but it was the best he could do.

 

He then found himself in the library. He had to find a spell book.....most of the books where burnt and destroyed. But with his luck he had found a spell book on plants and nature. "Maybe a unicorn, or ember can read these" he said before finding his way to the main hall awaiting star struck .

Star Struck comes back"i found more food and water but nothing else and well since im better i can fly with you back to the everfree frost and maybe help you and the two other ponys to mentioned so yeah well im ready when you are" Star Struck sprout her wings.

"Okie dokie" he said opening his wings and setting out into the cold night "follow me, I know where they are" said the blue Pegasus flying in the direction of the everfree forest.

 

After a while the two had made it to the other ponies. "Ok. Im back with food and water with some supplies. Also I brought a spell book incase you guys can read it, and I brought another survivor." Said chilly.

 

(Sorry for the quick post but I'm brain dead and need my tea time and sleep. So g'night chaps)

Wanderlust had climbed up in one of the charred tree trunks and had passed out fooling around and strumming on his violin like it was a guitar. He woke with a start at the return of chilly and a new purple Pegasus. 'Huh another survivor maybe it's not all that bad out there' he thought to himself. Rolling over he nearly dropped the violin but managed to snag it before it slipped away.

 

Chilly seemed to drop a bag of supplies and literally collapse in exhaustion, leaving Wander staring down at the new mare from his tree branch. "Uh hey, nice to meet you Star struck I'm Wanderlust and the lump over there is Embers, be careful he carries a sword." He gave a nervous laugh at the end.

 

(Sorry to start a convo and stop but my need for sleep suddenly caught up with me, if you guys beat me back to the thread just have Wanderlust slip out of the tree and knock himself out, then I can pick up later without making this awkward.)

Runedawn had walked down the tracks for hours, with (hopefully, since its officially seen godmodding) his party following him. He had just passed canterlot, but since it looked nearly completely destroyed, he had moved on to Ponyville hoping to find survivors there. All the way, Runedawn was singing a song that he used to sing while smithing. It had a slow rythm, just like the banging of a hammer on steel. He was singing it at the top of his lungs, so that anyone around knew that they were there. He thought he could see ponyville in the distance, but the everfree was on his right. "Maybe there are some survivors in there too..." He thought.

In Chilly's deep slumber his dreams weren't much. But all he could hear was screams in his sleep, the screams of ponies that where burning from the sun echoed in Chilly's mind. The high pitch noises of misery drove him to the edge of insanity. His eyes then shot open "MAKE IT STOP" he screamed grabbing a dagger and jabbing it straight for his chest. But before he could do that.... Ice formed where the knife was aiming stopping the blade from plunging Chilly's chest.

 

"W-what....." He said. He then tried jabbing his shoulder, but ice formed and stopped it. He then moved for his head. And again ice stopped the weapon. He then tilted his head

 

 

"I'll protect you always" a female voice spoke in his head. It sounded like his mother....."what's going on" he dropped the dagger and the ice went away.

"i..if im the only mare here so far i..it feels uncomfortably being around three stallions i..if you know what i mean,i..i think i will stay here just in case i hear other survivors here" She then a tear runs down her face she thenlooks away from everypony and just lay there.
