Frosty Flurry 173 January 11, 2014 Share January 11, 2014 Not in a rage, just pointing out I'm done with the fandom tbh. Minecraft fucking sucks now and so does TF2 I moved to Counter Strike right after I was done with the bronies that kept following me to diff servers, and spamming the MLP theme song. And even on Counter Strike there are huge brony clans with most of the members being like 5 years old. you do have a point but remember mlp is aimed at little kids who do know of the internet And what you gets are armies of toddler gamers and trollers on supposed grown up games but the bronies are usually above the age of 15 so they shouldn't be annoying (spamming the theme song? really guys?) yeah it sucks sometimes but i can only suggest perfect world international to get away from bronies if thats the problem . Neptunefallen 2 January 12, 2014 Share January 12, 2014 (edited) The worst thing that I could imagine is like what happened to the gaming scene here in L.A., hating began to take over, and it began to collapse due to greedy people, and not enough people keeping the cause up. (It's DAAmanita for those who know me, it was about FFA, Mike Watson's embezzling, and then Japan Arcade closing. Sorry to everyone that I got so seriously ill, and Skull Girls became such a hit.) The scene collapsing is what is worst, or tearing itself apart by people being hateful and cruel to one another. Thankfully a lot of the Brony scene is online, so money embezzlement is kind of difficult to do, so it would have to be a lot of petty things to broke up the fan-base. Judgement 445 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 I think it would suck if the generation ended and that was IT for MLP until we all died. Sorry for being morbid, but I think that is the worst thing that could happen. Though, that won't stop fans from making fan animations. Tom V.S. Boulder: Who will win? GenderIsAnIllusion 2,177 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 We'll the worst thing I could imagine, is the US government labels bronyism as a sign of treason, and captures us all and kill us by firing squad, which is held live on TV and hosted by The Rock. 2 My peep is against bullying.... King Sejong 859 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 For me the greatest fear is that the fandom fractures, it breaks apart because of social issues in the real world, or because some aspects of the fandom looks more appealing than others. The fandom in some areas are fettered, but at least we have a dialogue, and any concern we have we should discus, we should find commonality with each other, despite minor views and personalities. I care too much for the brony fandom to just let it go, and I believe most bronies care too, we can be able to communicate to prevent the worse from happening, yet my fear persists if the fandom becomes fatally splintered. FNGRpony 658 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 Trust me there are a lot of people who would quit a show and leave the community. If you don't think so, you give the fandom too much credit. It takes time for a community to decentralize, just saying. Well, I will indulge you. What would cause this epic rift in the fandumb? Someone in the main cast becoming an alicorn? How about a princess? How about if the show made it so where members of the main cast became related? What if one of them moved into a castle? What if one of them turned into a mutant? What if one of them in one of the finest examples of pandering broke into song and sang about her element like she was one dimensional character? I mean seeing as how the show is so fragile, and the fans are so glass jawed if even one of those things we'd have people deserting in droves. Surely. I agree with brother drowning in horse shoes. Jumping the shark means nothing to a show like MLP. This show came off the tracks ages ago and never looked back. it can't be stopped. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JvTYhrZUgYY flight to the finish. i continue to improve,
Clarity 3,094 January 15, 2014 Share January 15, 2014 The worst thing that could happen is that the bronies all convert, leaving nothing remaining of the MLP fandom, into Madoka Magica fans. Oh, sorry. Did I say worst? I mean best.
Harmonic Revelations 8,835 January 15, 2014 Share January 15, 2014 I believe that the likelihood of something bad happening to the fandom is very low. However, if something bad did happen, it would probably be more of Hasbro's lawyers getting up in people's business due to "Copyright infringement". I have read some really amazon ones. FNGRpony 658 January 21, 2014 Share January 21, 2014 I think we dodged that bullet already with the molestia thing. If JJ would have decided to defend first amendment and took it to court places like fox news would gave mlp a HEAP of bad press, the fan dumb would split down the middle between people who thought it was rape culture, vs first amendment rights, it would been a huge thing, which I'm glad jj decided to just let it go. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JvTYhrZUgYY flight to the finish. i continue to improve,

I totally can see why legally, jj kinda has a duty to defend parodity, but at the same time, Oh my God am i glad he didn't bother. You know who i'd feel bad for? Bronies who's families know their bronies hearing about it on fox news. Naive Wolf Josh 93 January 21, 2014 Share January 21, 2014 (edited) Worst thing that could happen to the fandom... a pony movie directed by Michael Bay? Being serious I think if we lost the ability to stick up for one another. The support we give each other, or to anypony who needs it, is nothing short of spectacular. Just the amount of encouragement I got at Everfree NW still blows my mind. I can't imagine us ever losing that. Edited January 21, 2014 by Naive Wolf Josh "Oh dear, I'm way past strange. DubWolf 17,263 January 25, 2014 Share January 25, 2014 (edited) Worst possible theoretical thing that could happen to the fandom: the world explodes, killing everyone and the bronies. Worst possible semi-likely thing " ": being a brony becomes illegal in certain countries that eventually their influence spreads all over the world and we become an undercover society. Worst possible likely thing " ": the show ends, years later, all the writers, artists, and YouTubers run out of inspiration that no more fanwork is created, to the point where bronies become bored and move on, leaving the fandom dead. That last point made me think of Heat Death. Edited January 25, 2014 by Wingin'Wolf Sig by Wolf, Handwriting by SparklingSwirls
