Diet and exercise.

I've been active since I was a little kid. I play 2 seasonal sports, I lift weights, and I work out on my own time (body resistance stuff), also I'm trying to get into boxing.

BECAUSE of that, I burn like 3000 calories a day, and I eat a lot, but I don't like eating more than I need to (makes me sluggish).

I'd like to say that I diet right, buuuut, beer and pizza, yo. Add that to a smoking habit, and I'll be dead by 65, haha.

That said, I do Crossfit twice daily and rest on Saturday and Sunday. My second workout is replaced with a long run (usually 4-5 miles) on Tuesday and Thursday. Crossfit's amazing. I can smoke a pack a week and eat like a fat kid and still maintain six pack abs.

Hell yeah, Crossfit rules!

I've been a crossfit member for 4 years and counting now, its a really good way to keep in shape but the WOD's are killer at times!

Sure is. Just finished one of my favorite WOD's, actually. You ever run "Murph?"

Heh, I need to work out. The only problem is I am out of shape, so I always end up getting super tired, but I try. I'm not super fat or anything, though.

That was brutal for me.. Especially having to run the last mile after the squats. Needless to say I ached for days!

That last mile is terrible. Driving my manual transmission car the next day sucked, haha. My legs were to sore to press the clutch.

Due to my heart problems, I've got a strict workout routine and diet that I follow devotedly.

My workout routine is like a pregnant woman's, sort of. I'll go on walks every now and again, do some stretches, or use one of those giant exercise balls.

Can't lift or any of that manly stuff.

For my diet, I eat a lot of vegetables. Usually in the form of salad, and that's about a meal a day. I also eat a protein bar daily as well. I can't eat food that is too greasy or spicy, but I do splurge every now and again ;)

Yeahh, I know. My exercise routine and diet are both really pansy-ish, but I can't control it, dammit.

One of my dreaded workouts, but I suppose it's not as bad as it could be considering I do a lot of running too.. I have a half marathon to run next weekend.
