quick clapped his hooves together sarcastically "yay, go team. Well, that's all fine and dandy, but now we gotta wait till he gets back. I hope he returns soon, sitting here is almost as boring as blowing things up is fun." He said jokingly, before lighting another cigar.

Storm put his phone back in his pocket. Stepping over the piles of glass, then looking back at Snowburn to make sure he wasn't gonna get back up, finally used his wings to hover up and out of the bus. Trying to be as nonchalant as he could about this, he hopped down and walked away, whistling to himself. He messed with his mane to seem like he was just passing, if anypony else saw him. He got back to his Hammerhead parked a ways down the street, then started it. He headed off back to the Saints' HQ.

Growing impatient waiting for Thunder, Whiplash cursed under her breath. "Dammit Sparky! Hurry up!" she shouted in to the house, contemplating stealing his car. With a sigh, she shouted, "I'm heading back to HQ!" Ignoring the ache in her side, Whip began flying back to the Saint's headquarters. Out of breath, the Mare finally touched the ground in front of the church to see Storm coming back. "Glad you could finally get your ass back here, boss," she rolled her eyes, wiping blood from her side off of her hoof.

When Ned saw Moonlight return, he asked, "Did you evict those vets?"

 

"And he returns." Said Topaz. As the boss walked inside. "We got back the Overseer while you were gone."

 

The Overseer continued setting up his computer without even looking at Stormwing.

"It's pretty simple, really. The Stillwater PD dispatches helicopter specialists when a situation gets too severe for standard procedure." Kat explained. "All you need to do is go into town and destroy as much shit as possible. I'll come with you, but I'll be staying out of trouble. Stay in our territory to ensure that the Saints don't get involved. Once you've caused enough mayhem, the police should dispatch a helicopter unit. Once that happens, stay under cover leave the rest to me. Whiplash glared at Ned, the excitable Mare irritated. "Hell yeah we did. As much fun it was beating up old ponies, they left me with a little gift," she growled, peering at the still fresh wound. "Hope you're happy," she shot Ned another annoyed glance before limping away. Upon seeing the Overseer, she smirked. "Hey, you're setting up your geeky shit!"

Completely forgetting the pain her side, Whiplash excitedly began pacing around the computers with a smirk. "Oh really? Well, lay it on me then! It's gonna have guns, right?" She tilted her head back curiously, peering at the technical equipment. The Mare poked her hoof at the screens, squinting her eyes at the computers.

Whiplash glanced at Thunder as he barelled in, and rolled her eyes. "Yeah, yeah. Well, I couldn't waste my time waiting for you, Sparky," she muttered with a yawn. Although the Mare would never admit it, she did feel a spark of relief to see that the stallion was okay.

Neuro was silent and watched as his plan was thrown in the trash by this new development that had taken place. After the explanation, the deal was pretty much sealed, as Shade had accepted the plan to steal a helicopter with yet again no preperation on beforehand. Neuro spoke as soon as he had enthusiasticly agreed to blow an entire police base to pieces... "I hope we can at least examine the area and set up a plan before we bust the place and die... I cannot commit to this suicidal mission without having a proper plan to steal the said helipcopter. Even more so, I'd like to make this a stealth mission, since we don't want to draw even more attention from the police to us. If we can make sure that they don't recognize us, and they only understand that their helicopter is being stolen when we are inside it and taking off, that would be far more subtle than blowing up the place and brutally slaughtering everything in our path..." He said. Then he gave a look at Lon. "Though I could send Lon to destroy the place and steal the helicopter by himself, but I pay him to protect me, not to steal helicopters..." He said sarcasticly.

Shade then walked into a room and came back out with a silencer attached to his guns. "if we're doing this quietly then you two might wanna take my lead on this one" Shade said, gesturing to the silencers.

"Not literally. We need something that belongs to the vice Kings. A truck." The Overseer explained. "You'll need at least three of your best for this task. Someone who can drive extremely well. Someone who can aim a weapon while on a moving vehicle, and someone who can Hotwire a car."

He explained "I do assume that we will scout the area incognito before we take the helicopter? We need to check if anything might get in the way, or if there are traps that we could walk into."

Kat turned to White Shade and said, "We're following you. Take us to the courtyard south of the markets and give Neuro time to set up."

"We're not blowing anything up." The Overseer said. Topaz watched in confusion as a seventeen year old colt displayed more patience than she ever could. The Overseer was stuck up, but somehow didnt seem announced when everyone around him was 'wrong.'

 

The Overseer explained again, "You're going to steal one of the Vice Kings trucks and take it back to the row. You'll need someone who can drive very well, someone who can Hotwire a truck quickly, and someone who can aim steadily on a moving vehicle."

"We need to take out that dust lab by killing all the technicians in the facility without destroying the equipment. Once we do that, Adept Way is ours."

Whiplash yawned, interrupting the Overseer. "Yeah, yeah, got it. Steal a truck. Mess up a lab. Cause a bit if damage, and we're out," she smirked, leaning back on her chair. Oblivious, or simply not caring how prestige the computers were, she propped her hooves up, still grinning. "Finally, we can get a little action. I've got the shooting part covered, Boss," Whiplash glanced at Storm, as if daring him to interject.
