Here is a Nightmare a moon pic I did way back when I started out.

 

I did this piece late in the night and I saw I had some charcoal I was planning to use so I decided to use it on Moony~

 

Willow charcoal and White Charcoal were used for this price and took about 30-40 minutes. :3

I don't know why, but the expression and the hairstyle reminds me of a spoiled princess...

 

I love the blending that you did with the charcoal and such.

I personally prefer oil pastels to charcoal... but personal opinion. I feel it blends better. But you did wonderful with this.
