I have already drawn him on paper and used photoshop to color him but I would very much appreciate it if someone could make it look better by drawing him in flash MLP style.

Just to get rid of any misunderstandings: You wanted him in a more show accurate style, yes? I think your style is quite reasonable, even if a little...flat.

Anyway, did you have anything for him in mind? Is he rather aggressive, heroic, playful, shy, melancholic? Or is it fine with you either way?

He is somewhat shy and heroic. He keeps to himself quite often and is not good at starting a conversation. But he has tremendous power and tries to use it to help others.
