So Fluttershy finally learns something new ! I'm always down for new character growth. This time, instead of learning to stand up to herself or to be more confident, she learns that sometimes, the kindest thing to do is give some tough love. The breezies being a bunch of freeloaders bent on staying at Flutters indefinitely was really funny to me, esp when one of them is hellbent on going home alone if need be. The ending where they transform into breezies themselves was very cute, kind of like fairy ponies !

Flutters also get her Rainbow Mcguffin of the season, so now we're 4/6, only missing AJ and Twilight to get their super important, but not really, items. At this point, we're ramping up for them to be important, obviously related to the box, but we have no other clue into what's in the box, which makes me wonder what Twilight has been doing this whole time. Not researching the magical box of the Elements of Harmony ? That doens't sound like her at all, but oh well.

6.5/10, pretty okay episode.

In this episode, I proclaim Fluttershy as the Most Valuable Pony (MVP) of the Episode that she took care of the breezies and then led them back home before the portal closes. It's still a great episode for me, with Seabreeze who gave Fluttershy a blue flower as a farewell gift to remember her time and care with the breezies. This is why she showed kindness to them, including saving Seabreeze from a swarm of bees that it was dangerous for him to go out alone, despite that he wanted himself and the other breezies to make their way back home.

Princess Twilight Sparkle always do legendary stuff with magic in Equestria. Time to blast from the past.

I guess natural selection takes a gentler hand in Equestria and that is a good thing. Of course, Fluttershy's kindness can become unbalanced, but really, she did a pretty good job of righting herself pretty much on her own this time. Fluttershy does not lack insight into herself, and I don't think she ever really did even in the beginning of the series. She had the sense to listen to Sea Breeze's concerns.

It's a good thing Fluttershy rescued Sea Breeze when she did. The biology of what bees and wasps do to other insects can be very ugly.

The rest of the Breezies seemed entirely clueless.

It's an alright episode. It would have been better with a song in it.
