Tempest sighed, as he read the question. "I thought you were probably going to ask me that." He said. "The thing is, I never really thought about it. I mean, helping you, instead of fighting, just seemed right. I can't really explain the feeling I got when I learned the you and Dark saved me,but I don't regret what I have done. As for the queen, it may take some time to prepare, but I know we can put an end to her and stop this war." The cyan pegesus then yawned slightly, and looked at the group of ponies and dragons. "It's getting late. I'll see all of you tomorrow." With that, Tempest trotted out of the cove and into the forest. The sounds of nature surrounded him, and he felt at peace with himself.

 

(I don't want anyone to interfere with my plan for Tempest, which will commence in my next few posts. After that, dragon training.)

Clayton nodded, as Tempest left. "It was a pleasure to meet you." He said, looking at the dragons. "I promise that we will find a way to stop the queen." The unicorn then followed Tempest out of the forest, but took a different path.

 

Orion sighed as he watched the two ponies leave. He then smiled slightly, as he trotted over to a small lake in the cove, and went to sleep.

Ruby also followed Clayton outside the cove "Well i hope no other ponies can come across a path that one of those black dragons made" Ruby said worried.

 

Tenebra went over to Gale "lets go to sleep now Gale we might have busy days ahead of us with this planning how to beat the queen.".

Clayton nodded slightly. "I doubt anypony goes into the forest that much." He said, as they approached the entrance to the forest. "Besides, if anypony does find them, they can simply fly away." The unicorn then smiled assuredly. He wasn't to worried, but it would definatly diminish their chances of finding and stopping the queen if they didn't have the dragons.

Gale glanced at her mother, and nodded. "I'll see you in the morning, then." She said, smiling slightly. The dragoness then walked over to one of the few hills in the cove, and breathed a small amount of fire onto the ground to warm it up. She then curled into a ball and fell asleep.

 

As Tempest walked through the forest, the sounds of nature were replaced by a simple voice. "Come to me, little pony. I wish to speak with you." It said. It wasn't loud, but it was enough to cause a minor headache in Tempest's head. The cyan pegesus's eyes then dilated, and he flew into the air. He knew that it would be difficult for anypony to see him this high up, and he flew east. It was like he threw any rational thought out of his mind and was acting on instinct.

 

Blueblood smirked, as he noticed Clayton and Ruby coming into his line of sight. "I thought I saw you two go in there." He said, giving a knowing smile.

Ruby rolled her eyes "so what? we just wanted a small walk now go away you idiot"

 

Tenebra walked onto a hill near where Gale was sleeping though she didn't sleep not yet at least she decided to stay on guard for anypony that may have followed the path she made to the cove.

Blueblood simply laughed slightly. "Oh, that's rich." He said, before his tone grew cold. "You're lucky I'm in a good mood today, otherwise I would've already told Luna about the dragons you've been hiding." The arrogant unicorn then trotted slightly closer to Ruby and Clayton, waiting for what he had revealed to sink in. "I have a proposition, however, that you simply can't refuse."

 

Tempest landed on the shore of a island enshrouded by fog. He then trotted into a nearby cave. "Come closer, pony. You are almost there." The voice inside his head said, almost urging him on. The cyan pegesus tried to stop his body from moving, but his mind felt like it was coated in tree sap. He could hardly feel a thing.

Ruby snorted "so what? celestia and luna are being a butch of cowards when it comes to dragon killing them isn't the solution it makes things worst whats your stupid offer then? i don't have all night you know that" she snarled she really didn't want to deal with BlueBlood right now,

Blueblood simply rolled his eyes. "You see, I have a bone to pick with a certain cyan pegesus. Either you get him to meet me on top of the mountain by tomorrow night, or I tell Luna about your little secret and she'll have the entire villiage at that cove. Fifty ponies should be enough to take down five dragons. Am I right?"

 

Tempest felt his body slowly return to him, as he entered a cavern with multiple outcroppings. "Where am I?" He asked, slightly drowsy.

 

Jourmador smirked, as she rose above the fog and glanced at Tempest. "Well, it's not everyday a pony is able to find their way here." She said.

 

The cyan pegesus was slightly surprised. "How can I understand you?" He asked, backing up slightly.

 

The dragon queen simply laughed. "My dear Tempest, I am a dragoness of many talents." She said, bringing one of her six eyes down to his level. "It also helps to communicate when one has been touched by a dragon."

 

Tempest was slightly taken aback by this. "So, you're the one that brought me here. Why, and what do you mean by touched by a dragon?"

Ruby facehoofed "wow your so stupid it hurts dragons are stronger than you think you retard fifty ponies cant take down five dragons who can fly and breathe fire also we don't feel like looking for any pony plus he probably lives far from here so if i don't find him by tomorrow don't whine like a bitch"

 Blueblood rolled his eyes. "Yes, fifty ponies wouldn't be able to bring down five dragons, but would that be enough to make the dragons break their trust in you two?" He asked. The unicorn then smiled and trotted away. "It's only a matter of time, now." He thought.

 

"Are you really that naïve, Tempest?" She asked.

 

The cyan pegesus thought for a moment, and realized something. Ever since the moment the Night Fury he had freed touched her forehead to his, he felt different.

 

Jourmador noticed the look of realization on Tempest's face, and decided to use that to her advantage. "So, you really aren't as foolish as I thought." She said, as she slowly paced around Tempest, never taking her eyes off of him. "At least that's one good thing that came out of you're life, right? You learned how to think faster than those around you."

 

Tempest was shocked by what the dragon in front of him had just said, but he quickly recovered. "You know nothing about me." He said.

Clayton sighed, as he watched Blueblood walk away. "Come on. We should get home and get some sleep." He said, glancing at Ruby. "Tempest'll probably be with the dragons tomorrow." The unicorn then trotted towards his home. He was somewhat tired, and felt like he could fall asleep at any moment.

Ruby growled "well go ahead and get some rest Clayton i have some things to do plus i don't feel tired " she said as she flies back into the forest returning to the not so hidden cove Tenebra who was still awake looked at Ruby and growled rather loudly which would have probably awoken some of the other dragons.

Jorumador growled, almost amused at the pony in front of her. "Oh, I know more about you than you realize." She said. "You're parents died when you were only five during a dragon raid, and you've been an antisocial, aggressive, and very deadly pony."

 

The cyan pegesus screamed in pain, like an ice pick was being drilled into his head. "Get out of my head." He yelled.

 

The dragon queen smiled. "Now, why would I do that?" She asked, with a certain fake innocence in her voice. "I'm just helping you accept your past, while suppressing a few other memories. I might as well get rid of any distractions." She finally stopped when Tempest fell to the ground, unconscious. The dragoness then had one of the dragons bring him to the northern beach, and seal the cave had come in through.

 

Gale groaned as she woke up, and immediately noticed Ruby. She was curious as to why she had returned, but didn't really pay any attention to her.

Ruby cautionsly flied up to Tenebra she took a deep breathe then said "we need to find Tempest because of the path of broken tree's and black scales a stupid arrogant idiot named Blueblood found this cove " she said nervously. Tenebra just looked at her then looked at Gale then said."Gale what do you think? should we help this pony find your friend Tempest?"

The dragoness nodded slightly. "I think we should." She said. "He may have a solution to our problem."

 

The cyan pegesus groaned as he woke up on the gravelly beach of the dragon's island. He had no memory of why he had come to this island, but he could feel noise constantly flooding his mind. "I had better get back to Equestria." He thought, as he began to fly back to the village. As he flew, Tempest couldn't help but remember everything that he had tried to seal away in the darkest corners of his mind. "Keep it together, Tempest." He said to himself, trying to keep his emotions in check. "That's all in the past."

Tenebra looked back at Ruby and nodded ruby relaxed a bit "so your both coming?" Tenebra nodded again then Tenebra went down the hill she was on Ruby landed next to her "umm hey can i ride you?" Ruby asked it was a rather unexpected question for Tenebra she pondered for a moment before nodding.

 

Ruby jumped onto Tenebra's back she knows she's gonna fall from there when they start flying but she has wings so if that happens it shouldn't be much of a worry.

Gale smirked, and spread her wings out. "I've been waiting for this." She said. With one flap of her wings, the Night Fury was already up in the air. The dragoness then flew around the island. "He doesn't seem to be in the village." She thought. Gale then noticed a small speck out in the distance, and flew towards it.

 

Tempest's wings were exhausted by the time he saw Equestria on the horizon. "I'm not dying out here." He thought, as his vision went black. He then heard a panicked voice as he felt his body fall through the air. The cyan pegesus was about to hit the water when he hit something else. It felt smooth and slightly cold. When he opened his eyes, Tempest saw that he was Gale's back, but he wasn't certain. "Gale?"

 

The dragoness smiled slightly. "It's good to see you too, Tempest." She said.

 

Tempest was shocked to hear Gale speak. He honestly didn't know how to respond. The cyan pegesus could only smile slightly and hold onto Gale as she flew back to Berk. "Since when could I understand dragons?" He thought.

Not too far awat Tempest could also see Tenebra with Ruby on her back "hey Tempest you might want to deal with Blueblood before he sends like fifty ponies to the cove he found out about it thats why we were looking for you' Ruby shouted "good to see you again Tempest" Tenebra said.

Tempest glanced at Ruby, and nodded. "He always was a arrogant prick, even when we were younger. I'll deal with him tomorrow." He said, before looking back to Equestria. It wasn't long before Gale landed in the cove. The cyan pegesus scratched her behind the ear and smiled. He then stood up, and trotted to his village and eventually into his house.

 

(Yay. Dragon training starts in my next post, so things are may start to pick up.)

Tenebra landed in the cove shortly after Ruby jumped off Tenebra and scratched her behind the ear Ruby yawned and flied back to the village and went into her house.

 

Tenebra returned on the hill she was orginaly on and eventuly falls asleep.

Tempest woke up as the first rays of the sun were peeking through his window. "It's time." He said to himself as he grabbed his dual swords, and trotted out of his house. He immediately ran into Blueblood, and the cyan pegesus wasn't exactly happy to see him.

 

Blueblood smirked as he looked at Tempest. 'I've been looking for you." He said.

 

Tempest simply rolled his eyes and walked away. He wouldn't be the one to throw the first punch.

 

Blueblood grit his teeth, and reached for Tempest. "I was talking to you, or are just to pathetic to say anything." He said, as he grabbed Tempest's mane and threw him to the ground. "I wonder what your parents would say if they saw you like this. They must be so ashamed," The unicorn then laughed slightly, as he pressed his foot on Tempest's chest. "to have a foal like you as their son. I mean seriously. You probably get by just by using the fact that your parents died."

 

The cyan pegesus opened his eyes, and they held a fire of pure rage. He bucked Blueblood off of him, and punched him hard enough to send him a few feet into the air. He then flew into the air and landed a drop kick onto Blueblood's back, sending the unicorn into the ground. "Listen well you arrogant, manipulative prick. I am not weak. If I ever see you disrespect or threaten me, my parents, or anypony else for that matter, I will do a lot worse than just this." He growled. "Do I make myself clear?"

 

Blueblood gasped for air as he tried to breath. "I'm sorry." He said.

 

Tempest nodded, and trotted away from Blueblood. He wasn't trying to actually hurt him, but to make a point. He then headed into the dragon arena, and waited for the others. He could hear multiple voices from inside the cages, and he walked to each one. "It's ok. I won't hurt you." He said, in a calming tone. When the cyan pegesus didn't get a response, he simply walked back to the arena entrance.

 

Gale yawned as she stood up, and looked around the cove. "I might as well wait for the others to get up." She thought.

 

(The reason the fight is so short is because Tempest wasn't trying to draw it out. He simply wanted Blueblood off of his back.)

Saphira woke up and instead she was sleeping in a tree with her paw hanging downward. When she finally opened her eyes all the way she sighed. "How did I fall asleep in a tree exactly" She asked her self before falling out of the tree. "Well now that I am on the ground I should get going" She said

Ruby yawned as she rose from her bed combed her hair and grabbed an apple from from the dining table and galloped out of her house and flied to the dragon arena while munching on the apple noticing tempest she trotted up to him "morning tempest i assume you've dealt with Blueblood?"

Tenebra yawned and slided down from the hill she was on and went over to Saphira "morning" she said chuckling a bit,

Gale glanced at Saphira, and walked over to her. "Where are you heading off to?" She asked, slightly curious.

 

Tempest glanced at Ruby, and nodded. "We won't have to worry about him." He said.

 

Luna trotted into the arena, and soon noticed Tempest. "Hey, Tempest. I was just looking for you."

 

The cyan pegesus glanced at Luna, and shook his head. "I don't want to hear it." He said, slightly annoyed. "Unless you want anymore ponies to get hurt, I advise you to back off."

 

Blueblood entered the arena and noticeably cringed when he saw Tempest. He stayed next to the entrance of the arena, and wasn't to keen on going near the cyan pegesus.
