EV stands for effort Values:

Effort values are earned by fighting pokemon.

Different pokemon give different amounts and types of EV

4 EVs of one type add 1 stat point to that type

So if you get 4 HP EPs then you will increase the HP of that pokemon by 1

You can only have a total of 510 EPs

and you can only have a max of 255 EVs in each stat

There are 6 Stat Types

HP

Atk

Def

SpA

SpD

Spe

Each pokemon has a base EV like Wartortle

HP: 0

Atk: 0

Def: 1

SpA: 0

SpD: 1

Spe: 0

 

IVs are a little more complicated just watch this video it will explain everything I missed on EVs and Everything on IVs:

Oh...they say their name. But, you can say what they're really saying by making the font italicized.

Why don't we just start the Rp, I mean who knows how long it's going to take before someone joins. And a grass or fairy type really isn't going to affect us that much m. I'm just saying because some of the other Rp ooc threads don't even start and end up dead because they waited for someone to join....but no one ever did.
