How does it compare to your last school? This is the only high school I've attended, so I don't really know how it stacks up next to others.

Whisper was bristling up while listening to Ben. She wanted to reply but she felt the subject of Lyoko sitting in the back of her throat. Whisper gulped. When she was about to say something, her phone beeped with a notification. Bending down, she grabbed the phone from her bag and flipped it open (she's poor so she doesn't have no darn touchscreen). Her eyes quickly scanned the text and she shot up, putting the phone in her back pocket.

 

"Sorry." she grabbed her things and left quickly, sprinting out of the cafeteria and onto the grounds.

Ben noticed that Whisper didn't really want to talk, and He was going to ask her why when her phone rang.  "Where are you going?" Ben asked, staring up at Whisper as she ran off. He shrugged when she didn't respond and he finished off his food, just in time for the warning bell to ring, 10 minutes to class. @@RunsWithSquirlz, @@Alex Kennedy,

Rush got up and ran after Whisper, turning quickly back to Ben and apologizing for leaving him alone. He chased after Whisper but wasn't able to match her speed. He called out to her as she ran. "Whisper! What's going on? Is something wrong? Where are you going?"

She had just turned out of earshot, running off the grounds completely. Whisper ran down the sidewalk, braid whipping back and forth and bag clinking against her hip. Oh, gosh I'm so sorry Ben and Cliff, jeez that was so rude of me. Sorry, sorry, sorry!

"Rings a bell." she muttered. Reaching the end of the tunnel, Genesis hopped out and looked around "So, how do we get to the lab?".

Wait! No, nonononononononononononono. Have to catch her. Have to make sure she's okay. Rush continued running after her, pumping his legs to crank out whatever tiny bit more speed he was capable of. This was not a good time to be full of assorted breakfast meats. "Whisper! What's going on? Please, talk to me!"

Hellinx climbed out after Genesis and answered her question. "We go to the lab by walking into the factory ... sliding down the chains ... and waiting for the elevator." While Hellinx was saying this, she demonstrated by walking into the factory, sliding down the chain and pressing the button for the elevator. "It's really not that hard!" She called back.

Her head whipped around surprise filled her eyes "Rush? What are you-OOF!". The words had been cut off by Whisper running into a lamp post she had neglected to steer away from. She slumped down and landed on her side on the concrete, before her world went black the last thing she could remember was a warm sticky feeling on her face.

Genesis visibly paled at the mention of the elevator and stood there uncertainly.

Rush ran over and knelt down next to her. This wasn't good. She was bleeding and it was all his fault. If he had just let her go she wouldn't have crashed. But where was she even going? He still didn't understand anything. His face full of worry, he picked her and gently carried her to the infirmary, explaining to the nurse what had happened.

Hellinx saw Genesis look uncertainly at the elevator. Her face shifted into a more concerned look and went over to her. "You okay? Let me guess. You're claustrophobic, aren't you?" Angelinx asked. She grew concerned for her friend. "It's alright if you're claustrophobic, we can just find some stairs. That alright with you?" Angelinx asked again.

The person looked at Katie with a blank expression like as if he was trying not to say anything but because she asked the same question twice, he thought he should just answer her before she becomes an alarm clock repeating the same thing over and over again

"Names are for friends?" Katie wasn't used to people pushing away her advances. This only made her want to try to befriend the boy more. "Well I gave you my name, Katie Granger, so what does that say about us? By your logic, we MUST be friends." She giggled and threw her arm around the boy, "c'mon, I'll show you round school! You're going to be glad you bumped into me!"

Shadow walked with Katie as she showed him around the school but he didn't care about the lecture, He was glade that someone wanted to show him around since it might help him find what he is looking for

On his way to math class, Ben saw Katie herding around a very uncomfortable looking boy. He decided to confront her. "Hey Katie, who's that poor bloke?" He asked in English.

 

"Some kid who doesn't want to be my friend! I shall make him my friend if it's the last thing I do, he has a made up name, but that's cool, I'll get his real one soon enough."

 

Ben chuckled, "Good luck kid, pro tip, don't engage her in political conversation. Hey Katie, you have the same math class as me right? You got like 5 minutes, leave this kid alone."

Whisper sat up slowly on touched the side of her head tenderly "Owwwwwwww" she whimpered. Blinking a few times, she turned and looked around; she was in the nurses' office. Whisper squinted her eyes at the bright lights and looked over at Rush and the nurse "Did I...crash...again...?" she chuckled nervously and slid off the cot. "I'm fine...really...it just broke the skin."

Genesis gave her no answer, just a slight nod and a perplexed look on her face. The lightness in the sound of Minx's voice sounded familiar but Genesis had only met Angelinx very briefly and could not remember her. Uneasily she began "The other day I found a hatch but it's bloody welded shut and weighed down on the other side. What's the name?"

Katie was pleased that the boy was accepting her friendship, but it seemed, in a word, boring now, nothing to peruse. But she continued the tour, Ben followed her, keeping her safe she supposed. Something nagged at Katie, "Hey dude, you said maybe we could help you, with what exactly? If you want our help, I'd be happy to help." She observed the boy, suspicious now, but not letting the suspicion show even in the slightest. Using her acting skills to place an adorkable ignorant smile on her face. Was this maybe one of Xanas tricks? A nameless boy who shows up needing help? Damn she was gonna be paranoid about everything now huh? @,

"My name's Angelinx, We inly met for a few seconds in the hospital." Angelinx then looked at herself and frowned. "I don't like the way this new personality dresses ..." Angelinx muttered to herself. Beaming she then started to look around for some stairs. Finding some stairs that were intact, she called out to Genesis. "Hey Genesis! Over here! I found some stairs!" Angelinx waved to show where she was.

Red flag! Holy shit that was a red flag! Defiantly Xana. Katie decided to play her favorite game, troll the possible bad guy! "ele-what? You mean like water fire earth and air?" Katie batted her eyelashes.

 

"Long ago the four nations lived together in harmony" Ben chimed.

 

Katie grinned, "Than everything changed when the fire nation attacked." The two burst into laughter.

 

"Maybe he means the elements of harmony!" Ben grinned. "I'll buy you another coffee if you can remember them all."

 

"You're on! Honesty."

 

"Good."

 

"Loyalty, kindness, and laughter."

 

"Two more."

 

Katie thought about it, "Generosity and magic!"

Genesis swung down the chain and landed next to Angelinx, she stood up fixing her jacket and looked to where she was pointing  "Thank the gods...." she let out a heavy sigh. "I rather like the way she dresses. What? You prefer the more 'frilly' things in life?" Genesis took the stairs two by two and looked back up at Angelinx.

Shadow looked at Katie and Ben and he became angry with the two for mocking him. He walked up to Ben and punched him in the face and then looked at Katie and punched her in the stomach.

 

"Thats for mocking me" he said but the last part of it turned to a demonic tone and he noticed right away and covered his mouth with his hands and walked off

"What if I do? Besides, it's not like Minx has any dresses that I can wear." Angelinx answered and followed Genesis down the stairs. "Of course you like the way Hellinx dresses. It's the same style as you only more skimpy." Angelinx said and started to head in a random direction, hoping it was the way to the hatch that Genesis talked about.

Katie gasped when the fist made contact, it had hurt, but she had had much worse, she held her stomach, "​well at least he can't punch that hard."

 

Ben held his face, muttering under his breath "​douche monkey, motherfuker, asshat" and just about every other curse in the English language.

 

Katie sighed, and walked up to her friend, "You OK, Benny boo? let me see."

 

Ben pulled his hands from his face, he had a black eye. Katie frowned, "I'll take you to the nurse, do me a favor and don't kill douche monkey over there. I want to get him back, and I promise I will." She was worried, if this boy was Xana, than she had to deal with it. Ben could not get involved.

 

Ben smirked, "Pinkie promise?"

 

"Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." The two laughed.

 

"He didn't hurt you, did he?" Ben asked on their way to the nurse.

 

"Nah, I'm fine."

 

Katie dropped Ben off and called the only other warrior who's number she had on her phone, whisper. @@RunsWithSquirlz,@@Alex Kennedy,
