"Heads up!" Alphonse shouted, swinging his flail and catching the arrow with the beam. "Alright then, have a round on me!" He dipped his mug in to the cask and slung the highly concentrated alcohol in to the cat-boy's mouth. "Seeing double yet?" He asked, mockingly as he charged forward with his flail held high.

Minx stepped back but felt her foot stand on nothing. She wobbled a bit but tipped forward and landed on the ground. Minx didn't even know about the laser arrow until Alphonse hit it away. She got back up and ran towards the purple cat. Not slowing down, she got both her swords out and slashed them bkth towards his head.

The boys voice turned demonic everytime he talked as if he was turning to the devil itself

 

"The one thing you forgot child, I need to swallow the beer to become drunk and I intend on not getting drunk today"

 

The boy spat the beer out his mouth and this time decided to shoot at Alphonse. "You can not beat me! I've morphed into Odd, One of the first lyoko warriors. Lazer Arror!"

 

Odd noticed the sword that Minx had about to hit him, He lifted his arm up in the away of the sword and shouted "Shield" A purple shield appeared on the side of his arm blocked the attack. Odd jumped back away from the two kids and two megatanks rolled in front of him. "Megatanks kill these kids!"

"You're amazing!" Katie squealed eradicating the last of the bees in the room. Just in time too, the bleach had run out. Suddenly she heard a rhythmic 'Thump thump thump' accompanied by buzzing. "I don't think it will hold them log tho. And I'm out of stuff to kill them with, unless..." She looked down at her hands that had launched fireballs the day before, or um the past at some point, or whatever. "No, I'm defiantly out of weapons." Then something occurred to her, "Wait, who are you? Do you have any idea whats going on? Exposition please." She crossed her arms and glared at the boy. "And where are my friends? They came down here."

"Megatanks?" Minx asked. Then she saw two metal balls roll up and take aim. Barely thinking about it, Minx threw her sword and it made a beeline straight towards the target. She didn't know that the other megatank had fired. Angelinx felt something and she teleported to Minx, hugged her, then teleported again back towards Whisper. "What do you- Angelinx?" Minx asked increduously.

"Mega-whats?" Alphonse asked before turning around and seeing a giant metal sphere extend and fire a laser disk in the direction it was facing, which happened to include him and Minx. Minx had been teleported away, but Alphonse decided to take a stand and hold his flail like a bowstaff and block it. It had quite a bit of force behind it, so it pushed him back quite a ways before having to retract. "Good, a strong opponent that isn't going to run!" He charged forward and slammed in to the Megatank with his shoulder, slamming it off the edge of the platform.

"You've got strength i can tell you that but it still won't be enough". "Other megatank!, roll into him so he gets pushed off the edge"

 

The megatank turned to face Alphonse and it started to roll, It rolled toward Alphonse attempting to push him off the edge

"Seems like I'm not that useless after all." Angelinx said.

 

"No one said you were!" smiling appreciatively. She took back the arrow and sheathed it once Angelinx teleported. She moved back when Angelinx came back with Minx.

 

"He knocked a megatank off the edge but ones headed straight towards him!" she informed both of them.

Angelinx nodded and releported to Alphonse. She grabbed his hand and teleported back before he could plummet into the void. Angelinx let go of his hand and flopped back down, trying to get her breath back."This isn't as easy as it looks." Angelinx panted. Minx decided to stay with the group, she figured it would be better then taking the kid on one at a time. Angelinx groaned, put a hand to her head, teleported, grabbed Rush and teleported back. "That's it. No more teleporting for a while." Angelinx said as she rubbed her eyes.

Rush had been too focused on smashing crabs to be aware of anything else that was happening around him until Angelinx teleported him. Snapping out of his hammer-swinging frenzy, he noticed the boy in the cat suit for the first time. "I should probably be focusing on him, shouldn't I?"

 "Well since you asked so damn nicely." Dex started, his words dripping with sarcasm, "Your friends are trying to save our asses. They are in the Computer at the moment, you can see them on screen." Dex then pointed to the monitor showing their position on Lyoko.

"If we could distract the megatank...I think I can get it in it's eye." she said. Whisper felt like that was a good run "We have the purple cat and the tank left...Angelinx is out of commision and we need to get Rush to the tower...".

 

Whisper huffed and ran towards the Megatank, readying her weapon.

Rush nodded. "I can keep the tank busy and get you a good shot at it, but I'm telling you right now, if either of us messes up, I'm not going to be able to take a hit from that thing, and if I get devirtualized, that means we can't deactivate the tower. I trust you to be able to take it out in time, but you have to trust me to give you a chance to do it."

Angelinx passed out and tried to regain her strength but instead she faded away like Devilinx. "Seems like Angelinx is back in my head too. Okay. I'll distract it." Minx said. She didn't wait for an answer and ran up to the megatank. "Hey ballbrain!" Minx shouted. She moved around a bit and waved her arms in the air. "Look at me, I'm a target!"

Odd watched as Minx was trying to get the Megatanks attention

 

Odd started to have a black glow again and he morphed back into Codely

 

"Now i can face you without that stupid body" Codely pushed his hand to the floor making antimatter come out of his hand, The anti matter formed into two swords with black mist around the blades. "These swords are made of anti matter meaning if i hit something with them, that thing will disintegrate... lets test it on someone" Codely looked around and noticed Rush "How about you then!!" Codely jumped towards Rush with the two swords about to hit his head

At the last second Rush dove out of the way, simultaneously lashing out with his leg in a sweeping arc, an attempt to knock Codely's legs out from under him. He didn't entirely understand who or what this guy was, but he couldn't afford to let those swords hit him. If he went down now there was nobody who could take out the tower.

"Wait a minute... Your the person who here to deactivate the tower and the other people are here to protect you i guess"

 

Codely laughs demoniacally "Excellent!!" "Your my main target now!. Megatank fire at this child!!"

 

The megatank turned to face Rush and it fired a straight beam at him, at the same time Codely went to attack Rush again, swinging his swords to his head

Minx looked as the Megatank rolled away from her and towards Rush. When she saw it charge up, she ran towards it and stabbed her sword in the center of the target. But she was too late as the monster fired, catching her in it's laser disc and de-virtualising her. The scanners opened and she fell to the griund in a heap.

Thanks to Minx getting in the way of it, the megatank's blast never reached Rush, and he was able to roll out of the way of Codely's blades at the last minute. He quickly got up and started sprinting for the tower. This was a fight that he simply wasn't able to win.

Rush shouted back to the others. "Now would be a good time to do something, if you don't mind!"

Minx used the sides of the open scanner to help herself up. After doing so, she unsteadily walked towards the ladder in the corner of the room. Looking up, she could hear buzzing and Katie and Dex talking. Climbing up, she saw a metal cylinder held against an open grate with angry buzzing noises coming from behind it. She walked over to them and held a hand over her heart to try and steady it.

Katie couldn't believe what she was hearing, people, in a computer. Well she supposed that was as logical as her demon theory. "K..." she said to Dex, maybe he was the insane one. @,

 

 

"What's been happening up here?" Minx asked them.

 

"Minx!" Katie exclaimed to the purple haired girl, "find any entrances, no matter how small and block them off! We are dealing with big angry evil bees! She noticed Minx was still bare footed, "and watch you step, there are bee carcasses everywhere." @,

"That would explain the buzzing ...." Minx  muttered. She then proceeded to slowly go around the room looking for any cracks, niches, entrances, whatever you want to call it. She found one and stuffed some debris inside it. It was slow going but she managed to plug the entrances, save for the ladder and freight elevator. She walked back and leaned against Dex's chair for support. "I. Think. I found all. Of them:" Minx said.

"Just keep running!!!" Whisper yelled from behind him. She was desperately trying to think on her feet. She know knew that if she was to fight, it was to be at a distance. With Codely so close behind them, it could only guarantee her one shot but the shot itself wasn't guaranteed to hit this invincible foe.

Rush nodded, still running. "Right. I'm getting close." The tower came into view, as well as two large spider-like things guarding it. "I don't know what I'm going to do about those things, though!" He tried to think fast- not his strong suit. Against an opponent like Codely, his hammer was pretty much dead weight anyway, and he couldn't risk getting hit trying to fight the spider things directly. Without breaking stride, he hurled his hammer at one of them and hoped for the best. If nothing else, he was running that much faster without it weighing him down.

Codely notices Rush heading for the tower. "Megatank push that pest into the digital sea!!"

 

Codely walked up to Whisper. "I've never seen you before, A friend of that kid are we...Well i'm afraid your friend is going to be dead soon, You see when someone falls into the digital sea, They don't de-visualise. THEY DIE!" Codely laughs demoniacally

 

"and now it's time to put an end to you" Codely swings his swords towards Whispers face
